HR/Freelance Recruiter needed (Chinese speaking)

Freelance Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Remote, Project-based

We are Italy-based project management and consulting services company. And we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our project management company with ongoing recruitment needs across different proiects.
This is not a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
• Search and source candidates
• Identify candidates across Europe and internationally
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
• Review CVs and assess candidates against project requirements
• Conduct first interviews/screening calls when required
• Present a structured shortlist of suitable candidates

Requirements:
• Previous hands-on experience in recruitment/talent sourcing
• Proven experience independently searching for and approaching candidates
• Experience recruiting internationally
• Fluent in Chinese (Native speaker level)
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Availability for flexible, project-based assignments
