I am looking for an experienced Bubble developer to complete and professionally develop a property-selling platform I have already designed and built as a working prototype in Bubble.
The concept is a self-service property-selling platform, allowing private vendors to market and sell their own properties. Vendors will create their property listing, upload photos/details, manage enquiries, arrange and conduct their own viewings, and receive/manage offers through their dashboard.
The main technical requirement is to integrate the Bubble platform with LOOP CRM, with the intended structure being:
Bubble → LOOP CRM → Rightmove / Zoopla / OnTheMarket
I need a developer experienced with Bubble API Connector, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, CRM integrations and database/workflow development. Experience with property portals or estate agency software would be a major advantage.
I also want the existing Bubble website professionally refined — improving the UI/UX, responsiveness, workflows, performance and overall appearance — while retaining the core concept and work I have already completed.
Key functionality will include:
Vendor registration/dashboard
Property creation and management
Photos and property details
Payments
Portal publishing/status
Enquiries and messaging
Vendor-managed viewings
Offers and offer management
Admin dashboard
LOOP CRM integration
Rightmove/Zoopla/OnTheMarket connectivity
I would prefer to start with a technical audit and LOOP integration proof of concept, then move into the full development in stages.
Please provide examples of your Bubble/API work, relevant CRM integrations, your experience with property platforms if applicable, availability, estimated timescale and your pricing.

David, can you please provide access to the Bubble prototype and the available LOOP API documentation/access?

The first thing I would want from you is LOOP’s API documentation/credentials or confirmation of the integration access available to you, plus editor access to a development copy of the Bubble prototype and that will let me prove the most technically important part of the architecture before you commit to the full build.
