Virtual Assistant – Workforce Support

We are a UK property maintenance company looking for an organised and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage our workforce of tradespeople. We already have our own workforce management system and processes in place, so no specialist recruitment experience is required. The role involves contacting new and existing applicants by phone, WhatsApp and email, gathering basic information, updating their records, following up on documents and availability, posting vacancies when required, and contacting suitable tradespeople when we need someone for a job. Good spoken English, confidence on the phone and the ability to work independently are important. Initially around 10–15 hours per week, with potential for more work in the future.
