Social media management for new running brand

I'm looking for a freelancer (not agency) to help me get the social media strategy correct for my start-up brand, initially building up followers and email subscribers for an initial small product launch in the coming months. I have some strong photography, what I believe is a good brand, nice product and a good Shopify website. I am creating video assets as well. But I need to understand the best way to deploy content effectively on Instagram/FB and probably Tiktok for maximum reach. I also want to spend on advertising on these platforms to accelerate following growth and drive email sign ups so need advice/guidance and/or complete management of these things to ensure I get it right. This is a real project, I'm serious about it and I want the right people. I think I'm fair in my expectations and reasonable to work with so hopefully it will be a good experience for all involved. It's a UK based project so UK preferred and must be able to communicate perfectly in English.

Tone is the thing that matters most here. Our audience can tell instantly when a brand is faking familiarity with gaming culture, and it backfires hard. We need someone who actually gets the references, not someone applying a generic content calendar. If your experience is all mainstream consumer brands, this probably is not the right fit. We also want a short monthly summary of what worked and what did not, in plain language rather than a dashboard export. We will provide brand guidelines, raw content and a marketing contact. Content production beyond light editing of what we supply is not part of this brief. I’m looking for a fast, creative and highly organised social media manager and short-form video editor to support an upcoming 30-day online challenge. This will initially be a **six-week role**, covering the campaign preparation, launch and delivery of the challenge.
