Highly Creative Social Media Marketer for Wellness Treatments

I am looking for an independent, highly creative, part-time social media manager to manage and grow my Instagram and Facebook pages. I run a wellness clinic offering premium, highly specialised treatments: Massage, Japanese Head Spa, TruCryo Fat Freezing, Pevonia Anti-Crepe Body Wraps, Lymphatic Drainage (including Brazilian contouring, and Pre/Post-Surgical recovery care). I am extremely busy running my clinic and treating clients.

I do not have time to feed you detailed information, write copy, or brainstorm creative concepts every day. I will provide you with a 1-page Treatment Cheat Sheet (listing all benefits) and a shared Google Drive folder of raw, unedited footage of my clinic and treatments.

I need an absolute professional who can receive a one-sentence text from me (e.g., "Post about TruCryo today" or "Let's push the Pevonia wrap today") and completely run with it independently writing the copy, editing the video, and publishing it.

Your Responsibilities:

Creative Content Creation:
Turn my raw video clips into high-converting, scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and TikToks using creative angles and trending audio.

Premium Canva Graphics: Design high-end, minimalist text-based educational carousels (e.g., explaining post-op swelling or treatment benefits).

Compelling Ad Copy: Write engaging, transformation-focused, or educational captions with strong hooks that drive bookings.

Before & Afters: Professionally edit transformation photos, ensuring perfect grid alignment and absolute client privacy (cropping out faces/identifying features).

Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts directly through Meta Business Suite (no personal password sharing required).

⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENT: NO STOCK PHOTOS OR AI IMAGES I want my brand to look premium, authentic, and trustworthy.

Do not use generic stock photos of random people or AI-generated imagery for my adverts. You must work strictly with the raw assets I provide, or create clean, high-end typographic graphics using Canva or any other system.

If your workflow relies on stock website models, please do not apply.

Requirements:
Deep interest, knowledge, or experience in the beauty, spa, or clinical aesthetics niche.

A highly creative eye for luxury design, premium typography, and engaging video hooks. Able to work entirely independently based on a simple prompt.

Native or fluent English speaker with excellent copywriting skills.

To be considered for this role, please include two creative headline or hook ideas for any of my treatments (e.g., Head Spa, TruCryo, or Post-Op Lymphatic) in your proposal. Generic, copy-pasted templates that do not include these hooks will be immediately declined.

Please share your portfolio of wellness/beauty clients alongside your proposed monthly package price or hourly rate.

✨ Package & Payment Terms:
This budget of £121 is for a 1-month trial period. I require 3 highly creative posts per week (a mix of Reels/TikToks and Canva text graphics) scheduled via Meta Business Suite. Payment will be released at the end of the month once all posts are completed.
