Summary I am seeking a Singapore-qualified counsel to assist with the restoration of a Singapore-incorporated company (Pte Ltd) that was struck off by ACRA on 8 July 2024. The restoration is required for procedural purposes only in connection with ongoing foreign court proceedings. The company needs to be restored so that it can be properly referenced in those proceedings and to remove the procedural obstacle caused by the striking off.
