Description
I require a lead management / CRM system to manage and optimise our sales leads workflow. To save time this should be a ready existing platform that you already have and can customise extensively to our requirements. The platform once customised and ready should be on my server with no third party links or ongoing fees etc
The most critical requirement is that the system must support 8x8 internet telephone integration (for direct calling from within the CRM) as well as WhatsApp messaging integration, so that assigned sales agents can make calls, send WhatsApp follow-ups, and manage communication directly from the platform without leaving the system.
Based on the attached examples, I require a modern, clean, dashboard-style CRM with the following features and functions:

- Are you already using approved WhatsApp Business API providers such as Twilio / 360Dialog / Meta Cloud API, or would setup also be part of the project?
-Does your 8x8 account already expose API/webhook access for click-to-call and call logging?
- Will agents operate from a single country or multiple regions/time zones?
- Is speed-to-launch more important initially, or do you want maximum flexibility from day one?
