eBay Vehicle Parts Lister / Inventory Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and reliable eBay Vehicle Parts Lister to join our growing vehicle recycling and used auto parts operation. Please do not apply if no previous experience.

We dismantle a wide range of modern cars and vans weekly and require somebody who understands how to create professional, high-converting eBay listings for used vehicle parts. (We do have a template - the main focus being images, titles, item specifics pricing).

Responsibilities
Create accurate and professional eBay listings for used vehicle parts
Write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
Identify parts correctly using registration/VIN information where possible
Upload and organize product images
Research competitive pricing
Complete item specifics and compatibility settings accurately
Ensure listings comply with eBay policies
Monitor sold listings and improve listing performance
Organize stock references and inventory locations

Optional: Assist with Facebook Marketplace, Amazon and other online platforms

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience listing vehicle parts on eBay
Strong understanding of automotive parts TERMINOLOGY
Ability to identify parts from photos and donor vehicles
Experience with engines, gearboxes, body panels, modules, hybrid parts and electrical components is highly preferred
Familiar with platforms/software such as eBay, BreakerPRO, PartsPlus, TecDoc or similar
Good written English and attention to detail
Able to work independently and efficiently

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Essential)
Experience working with vehicle dismantlers or recycling businesses
Understanding of courier and pallet shipping for large items
Knowledge of eBay promoted listings and sales optimization
Experience with inventory management systems or bulk listing tools
