Animator Needed, E-Learning Module, Healthcare Training

The brief: We are looking for a talented animator to create a short animations for professional healthcare e-learning modules. The animations will support the introduction of a complex new concept to the learner and your job is to make that concept feel accessible, engaging and memorable without overshadowing the narration.

This is not about visual spectacle. It is about clarity, warmth and impact. The best animations for learning do one thing brilliantly, they make an idea land in a way that words alone cannot.

What we are looking for:

• A modern, dynamic and visually interesting animation style
• Simple and effective — the visuals support the message, they do not compete with it
• Clean and professional — this is a published healthcare training product
• Able to work in harmony with a voiceover narration — the animation breathes with the words rather than distracting from them
• Delivered in MP4 format at 1080p 16:9 suitable for uploading to a professional e-learning platform

The animation will need to:

• Introduce a concept that is new to the learner in a way that feels intuitive and natural
• Use visual metaphor and movement to reinforce key ideas at the right moments
• Maintain a tone that is warm, human and professional throughout
• Feel like it belongs in a modern, high quality learning environment

You are ideal for this if you:

• Have experience creating animation for e-learning, explainer or educational content
• Understand the difference between animation that entertains and animation that teaches
• Can demonstrate the ability to simplify complex ideas through movement and visual storytelling
• Have a portfolio that shows restraint as well as creativity — knowing what not to animate is just as important as knowing what to
• Are comfortable working from a detailed script and taking creative direction
