Technical SEO & Information ArchitectulConsolidation
Project Overview: We are a multi-location healthcare practice operating three distinct physical clinics (Beckenham, Central London, and Orpington). Over time, our WordPress/Elementor website has accumulated massive bloat, keyword cannibalization, and redundant hyper-local satellite pages (leading to over 130 messy indexed URLs). We need a hands-on WordPress and Technical SEO expert who can actually go into our backend, slash our page count down to a clean, high-performing core of ~25–30 active URLs, map out a foolproof 301-redirect strategy, and clean up technical indexing errors. What You Will Be Doing (Scope of Work): 1. WordPress Site Architecture Restructuring: Collapse our bloated multi-page structure down into a clean hierarchy consisting of: Global core pages (Home, About Us, Fees & Booking, FAQs, Contact, Blog, etc.) 7 Clean Master Service Pages (Acupuncture, Biomechanical Assessment, Cranial Osteopathy, Gait Analysis, Osteopathy, Clinical Pilates, Sports Massage) A central Conditions Hub Exactly 3 Physical Clinic Pages (Beckenham, Central London, Orpington), which will act as local hubs listing the treatments offered at each location and linking over to our master service pages via internal anchor links. 2. 301 Redirect Mapping & Execution: Review our existing URL inventory, permanently delete redundant/outdated satellite neighborhood pages and minor condition duplicates, and implement a comprehensive 301-redirect map pointing them cleanly to our 3 core clinic hubs or master service pages inside WordPress. 3. Technical Bloat Cleanup: Purge WordPress trash pages, block unnecessary plugin asset folders (e.g., Elementor asset paths) via robots.txt or security/SEO plugins, and clear out Google Search Console indexing bloat. 4. Hands-On Implementation: This is not just an auditing role; we need someone who can directly execute these changes, clean up menus, and apply redirects within WordPress/Elementor. Ideal Candidate Profile: Expert-level WordPress & Elementor experience, with a proven track record in site restructuring, URL consolidation, and database cleanups. Deeply experienced in 301-redirect mapping and execution for service-based or multi-location businesses. Strong grasp of local SEO architecture (managing local clinic pages versus national service pages to prevent keyword cannibalization). Proficient in managing Google Search Console indexing issues and technical backend cleanup.

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced Elementor/WordPress expert. I need to duplicate an existing Elementor page and make a few changes to the duplicate. The page works normally on the live website and all the content is displayed correctly. The problem is that when I try to open it in Elementor, I get this message: “This page does not contain a content area. The the_content function must be included in the page template in order to display Elementor on this page.” The website is in Hebrew and uses an RTL layout. I don’t need the page rebuilt — I just need the Elementor editing issue fixed and then the page duplicated. Please let me know if you can help and what the cost would be.

We are looking for an experienced Drupal developer to investigate and fix excessive disk usage caused by generated image derivatives. Our `sites/default/files/styles` directory contains **20,000+ images** and keeps growing. The website uses Drupal Feeds, Image Styles, ImageAPI Optimize/WebP, Drush queues, and cron jobs. Tasks: - Identify why so many image derivatives are continuously generated. - Review Drupal Image Styles and remove/optimize unnecessary styles. - Review Feeds/import processes and image processing. - Check ImageAPI Optimize/WebP configuration. - Safely clean up unnecessary existing derivatives. - Implement an automatic cleanup/retention solution. - Review relevant cron/Drush queue jobs. - Prevent disk usage from continuously increasing. Important: We do not want a cron job that blindly deletes the entire `styles` directory. The solution must be Drupal-aware and must not cause broken images or unnecessary regeneration. Please explain your proposed approach and provide examples of similar Drupal performance/storage issues you have solved. WHAT WE DISCOVERED UNTILL NOW: We also traced the image_api_optimize_* files to the Drupal ImageAPI Optimize module. Its configuration confirms that the module is enabled and that the wimage pipeline uses the WebP processor at quality 70: status: true name: wimage label: Wimage processors: id: webp_webp data: quality: 70 The Drupal configuration also shows that the news_feed_image style uses this image optimization pipeline: config/sync/image.style.news_feed_image.yml: pipeline: wimage

Node.js / TypeScript Dev for Browser Based MMO Game Backend
I’m developing an MMORPG RTS, a browser based multiplayer strategy game. The project is already in development and has an existing Node.js / TypeScript codebase and game engine. I’m looking for an experienced developer to help continue the backend development. The game runs in a shared universe where players manage buildings and units, research technology, move fleets, fight other players and compete for territory. Actions continue to resolve while players are offline. A core requirement of the game is deterministic, server authoritative simulation. Combat, movement, resource production and other game systems need to produce consistent results from the same inputs. The existing engine is structured as pure TypeScript and is shared between server side systems and the combat simulator. The game specification is already extensive. It defines fleet movement, resource production, construction and research queues, combat, colonisation, espionage, player protection, territory, sensors and other systems. For example, fleet travel uses deterministic coordinates, ship speeds and technology modifiers, with the slowest ship determining fleet speed. The work will involve: - Working with the existing Node.js / TypeScript codebase - Extending and completing backend game systems - Implementing mechanics from an existing specification - Maintaining deterministic game engine behaviour - Working with persistent timed events, queues and fleet movements - Integrating game-engine logic with the API/database where required - Fixing bugs and inconsistencies in existing systems - Writing or maintaining automated tests for important game rules - Helping prepare the backend for multiplayer testing and eventual production use This is not primarily a graphics/game engine role. The game is browser based and interface driven. I am specifically looking for someone strong in backend application architecture and TypeScript/Node.js. Required experience: - Strong Node.js and TypeScript - Backend/API development - Relational databases and data modelling - Automated testing - Git - Ability to understand and work safely within an existing codebase - Experience implementing business/game rules from written specifications Experience with persistent multiplayer games, simulation systems, background workers/queues or server-authoritative game logic would be useful, but is not essential if your backend fundamentals are strong. When applying, please answer these three questions: 1. Tell me about the most technically relevant Node.js/TypeScript project you have personally worked on. What parts did you implement? 2. How would you approach testing a deterministic game engine where identical inputs must always produce identical outputs? 3. Have you worked with systems involving scheduled/background processing, queues, timed events or persistent multiplayer state? If so, briefly explain. Please don't send a generic agency introduction. I'm interested in the developer who would actually be working on the project.
