I need someone who can create meta and google campaigns
I’m a Co-Founder of Haniesta, a luxury rug brand we launched a few months ago. We’re seeing strong traction and growing sales through Amazon and eBay, but our website sales are still relatively low. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of our paid acquisition and help turn our website into a strong sales channel. This includes creating high-performing ad creatives, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, testing different strategies, and ultimately driving profitable sales through our website. I’m less concerned about how you achieve the results and more focused on the outcome: website sales and measurable growth. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, test creatives, optimize campaigns, and suggest changes to landing pages or the overall funnel if needed. This can also become much more than a short-term role. If you consistently go beyond expectations, take ownership, and deliver strong results, there is a genuine opportunity to move into a higher-level, permanent position with Haniesta as we grow. Please apply only if you’re confident that you can start generating measurable sales within the first month. We’re looking for someone who is execution-focused and comfortable being accountable for results.
18 hours ago22 proposalsRemoteIMDb, Squarespace & Google Profile Tidy-Up for TV Editor
I'm a UK-based television editor working primarily in high-end natural history. I'm looking for a freelancer to do a one-off audit and tidy-up of my professional presence online. I previously worked professionally under a different name, so one of the main aims is to make sure my credits and online presence are accurate and consistent across my former and current professional identities. I'm not looking for social-media management, ongoing PR, content creation or an elaborate personal-brand strategy. I simply want the existing information about my work to be accurate, well organised and easy to find. The job I'd like someone to: Audit my IMDb presence, including credits listed under my former professional name. Identify missing, incorrect or duplicated credits and help submit appropriate corrections. Make sure the relationship between my former and current professional names is handled correctly. Advise whether IMDbPro would be useful for me and, if so, help me set it up and optimise my professional profile. Audit my existing Squarespace portfolio website and make sensible improvements to basic SEO, including page titles, descriptions, project metadata, URLs, image metadata and social sharing information. Check how I currently appear in Google searches and make straightforward recommendations and improvements where appropriate. Set up or check Google Search Console and website analytics if useful. Check other relevant film/TV industry databases or professional listings for obviously outdated, inaccurate or duplicated information. Provide a simple record at the end showing what has been changed, what has been submitted for correction and anything that still needs my attention. Who I'm looking for You don't need to be a PR agency or entertainment publicist. I'm looking for a competent, practical freelancer who understands Squarespace and basic SEO and is comfortable working with IMDb and professional film/TV credits. When responding, please tell me: Whether you've done similar IMDb or professional-profile work before. Your experience with Squarespace and SEO. How you would approach consolidating an online professional history where someone has worked under two different names. Roughly how long you think the job would take and your fixed-price quote. I'm expecting this to be a relatively small, one-off project rather than an ongoing engagement.
18 hours ago22 proposalsRemoteFix Meta Pixel tracking discrepancy Shopify Website
We recently launched a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign for our e-commerce store and have found a serious discrepancy between what Meta is reporting and what actually happened. See the attached image for a screenshot showing exactly what Meta Ads Manager displays for this campaign. Same campaign, same 30-day period: Meta Ads Manager reports: £230.66 spend, 20 purchases, £13,659.78 revenue, 59.2x ROAS, £11.53 cost per sale. Our independent third-party tracking (Hyros, last-click attribution) shows: £239.50 spend, only 4 sales from 2 unique customers, £1,502.91 revenue, 6.28x ROAS, £59.88 cost per sale. Meta is reporting 5x more purchases and over 9x more revenue than what actually happened. This points to a Meta Pixel / Conversions API issue — likely duplicate Purchase events firing (no proper event deduplication between browser Pixel and server-side CAPI), the Purchase event firing on page reloads/back-button visits to the thank-you page, or events being attributed incorrectly. This matters because Meta optimizes ad delivery based on what the Pixel tells it is converting — if the Pixel is feeding it false purchase signals, the campaign is optimizing toward the wrong audience/behavior and we can't trust any of the reported numbers to make spend decisions. What we need: Audit our current Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup (store is on Shopify). Identify exactly why Purchase events are being over-counted. Fix the implementation — proper event deduplication (event_id matching between Pixel and CAPI), and ensure Purchase only fires once per genuine completed order. Test with real/test purchases to confirm the fix — numbers reported in Events Manager should match actual order count afterward. Short written summary of what was wrong and what was changed. Skills required: Meta Pixel, Facebook Conversions API, Shopify (Liquid/checkout events), Google Tag Manager (if used), JavaScript, Meta Events Manager / Test Events tool. To apply: Please briefly describe how you'd approach diagnosing a Pixel/CAPI duplicate-event issue like this, and your relevant experience with Shopify + Meta CAPI setups. Attachment: Screenshot of Meta Ads Manager showing the reported spend/purchases/revenue/ROAS for the campaign in question.

About the role I’m looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Personal Brand Content Strategist to help build my presence on LinkedIn as the founder of a UK-based data and AI consultancy. The goal is not simply to produce generic social media posts. I’m looking for someone who can understand my experience, opinions and day-to-day work, then turn those ideas into credible, engaging LinkedIn content written in my voice. My audience includes: CTOs CFOs Heads of Data / Reporting / Finance MSP owners and directors Technology and consulting leaders The topics will mainly cover: Data strategy Data engineering AI and analytics Microsoft Azure Databricks Power BI / BI strategy Working with MSPs Building data platforms Lessons from consulting and client delivery Founder / consultancy experiences Practical observations about technology projects You do not need to be a data engineer, but you should be comfortable interviewing technical people and turning technical ideas into content that business leaders can understand. Create a structured LinkedIn content plan. Write approximately 2 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. Develop a consistent writing style and tone that sounds like me. Suggest strong hooks and angles for posts. Balance educational content, opinions, founder experiences and commercial insight. Identify opportunities to turn conversations, client situations and industry developments into content. Review post performance and gradually improve the content strategy. Ideal freelancer You will ideally have experience working with: B2B founders Consultants Technology executives SaaS companies Data / AI companies Professional services firms MSPs or IT services companies Previous experience ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn is highly desirable. When applying Please send: 3–5 examples of LinkedIn posts you have written, ideally for founders, consultants or technology leaders. I will provide a short voice note, call transcript or explanation of a topic. I would then like you to turn that into 2 different LinkedIn posts with different angles. The objective of the test is not just to assess writing quality. I want to see whether you can identify the interesting idea behind what I am saying and turn it into content that sounds natural and credible. Ongoing engagement If we work well together, I am looking for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. The objective is to build a strong founder-led LinkedIn presence over the long term, with consistent content that generates conversations, relationships and ultimately opportunities for the business.
