Looking for help setting up TikTok ads

I have a swimwear company and as we approach Summer I want to run TikTok ads. I have tried it in the past and quite recently and not had much luck with it. We sell crochet bikinis in many different colours in glitter and shimmer fabrics so I feel like they should do really well on TikTok. We are based in the UK but we ship worldwide and so I want to target people in key EU countries such as Italy, France, Germany as well as the US. When I tried it before I received an error saying that the content was rejected in many countries so I don't think the ads ran in all countries.
