Technicians will log job details, hours, materials used, photos and signatures; entries sync in real time to an admin dashboard for oversight, approvals and invoicing.     - How do you currently record materials used on each electrical job, and what information needs to be captured for each item? For example, should technicians select materials from a predefined catalogue, enter items manually, record quantities, or scan product/barcodes where applicable?

    - How do you currently handle invoicing, and should the completed job sheet simply provide the information required for invoicing or should the system eventually generate/send invoices itself?
