Convert Web App to Android & iOS Apps + Publish on Both Stores

Hi Freelancers,

We run a live astrology consultation platform where users chat with verified astrologers. Our web app is already live .We need an experienced Android developer to turn it into an Android app with AI-powered features, and get it approved and published on the Google Play Store.

SCOPE OF WORK - APP
- Build an Android app from our existing web app (WebView/Capacitor/Flutter, suggest what works best)
- Add push notifications for new chat messages and consultation alerts
- Splash screen, app icon, offline/no-internet screen, back-button handling, deep links
- Make sure login, live chat, wallet recharge and payment flows work smoothly inside the app

SCOPE OF WORK - AI FEATURES
- AI Astrologer chat: instant AI answers to astrology questions, available 24/7, especially when no human astrologer is online
- AI Kundli / birth chart: generate a birth chart from date, time and place of birth, with an easy-to-read AI explanation
- Personalised daily, weekly and monthly horoscope based on the user's birth details
- AI compatibility (kundli matching) report for couples
- Smart astrologer recommendation: suggest the best-suited astrologer based on the user's question
- Integrate using an AI API (OpenAI, Claude or Gemini). API keys must be kept on the server, never inside the app
- Usage limits and cost control (e.g. free AI messages per day, then paid via wallet)
- Support for English and Hindi responses

COMPLIANCE AND PUBLISHING
- Make the app compliant with Google Play policies (payments, data safety, permissions, target API level, and the AI-generated content policy including an in-app option to report offensive AI responses)
- Prepare the store listing: screenshots, feature graphic, short and full description, privacy policy link, Data Safety form, content rating
- Upload and submit the app using our Play Console account, and fix any rejection until it is approved and live
- Hand over full source code, signed AAB file, keystore and a short guide for future updates

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience publishing apps on Google Play (please share live Play Store links)
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into mobile apps
- Experience with chat, consultation or wallet-based apps is a plus
- Familiar with Google Play's closed testing requirement for new developer accounts
- Good communication and regular progress updates

DELIVERABLES
- App with AI features live and approved on Google Play Store
- Source code, AAB, keystore and credentials handed over
- 30 days of free bug-fix support after launch
