Need legal document drawn up for appeal
I require assistance with drafting a formal legal document for an appeal against a noise abatement notice that was served at a residential property. A competent freelancer with experience in creating appeal documentation is needed. The notice was issued by the local council due to complaints from neighbors regarding noise disturbances emanating from the property on weekends. As I believe the notice to be unjustified and the noise level reasonable, an appeal must be lodged within a specific timeframe. An articulate legal expert is required to carefully review the details of the case and draft a letter of appeal addressing the key issues in a clear yet persuasive manner. References to relevant legislation, precedence and mitigating circumstances must be included to strengthen the position. Impeccable use of terminology, spelling and grammar is expected throughout. The document will be examined by an independent panel, so an eloquent yet concise style is preferable to one that is overly technical or verbose. Upon completion, the freelancer may request a review to ensure the objectives have been met before filing. Experience pitching appeals and a track record of success in similar matters would be an asset.

I need a UK based Lawyer for partnership agreement (film)
We seek a skilled British legal expert to draft a partnership agreement for an independent web series project. The agreement will establish the remuneration, rights and responsibilities between the author of an original memoire and the film's producer and director for an upcoming low-budget feature. The attorney should have experience creating tailored contracts that clearly articulate the ownership and financial obligations for all involved parties throughout the various stages of pre-production, principal photography, post-production and distribution. Given the independent nature and budget constraints of this film, the agreement must concisely establish terms in a fair yet flexible manner to best facilitate collaboration while protecting each collaborator's contribution and prospective rewards. Primary responsibilities will include reviewing the screenplay and film concept to understand the scope and vision, discussing roles and expectations with clients, and then drafting a customized agreement that addresses copyright, profits sharing, creative controls, financial responsibilities in case of over/under budget, dispute resolution procedures, and other standard partnership considerations. The finished contract should be written in straightforward language accessible to all signatories and follow all relevant British media and intellectual property laws. Experience with film/TV production partnerships and UK entertainment law is essential.

Car gearbox issues following work
Had some work done to my gearbox on car with 2 sensors fitted as aftermarket product and software as original no longer avaialble. Car was OK for a few months. Then started jerking a few week ago 3 times. Took it to my local different garage as where I had work carried out is 70 miles away with company called AP. When at garage the gearbox stopped working. He pushed garage onto ramp and oil was coming out of it. It ended up being the gearbox oil where it was taken apart from initial garage AP. All oil had drained and this resulted in the sensors of gearbox being "locked" He showed me oil leak and initial work not carried out to a good standard as the pipe was leaking and seal damaged where initial garage AP carried out the works. He said will get a new pipe and calibrate the gearbox software as well as latest software updates Saturday 13th. On Monday 15th pipe replaced but software could not be updated a she said 3rd part part and only initial garage where part replaced could fix it. Cost me additional £600. So car was taken away by intial garage[AP] and on Friday 19th I phoned for an update and they said sensors working OK but car will not drive and that where I took the car to get the pipe fixed had "corrupted" the software. Told him no way possible as the software they are using had been used many times before on other cars, constantly updated, not 3rd party software, garage paid over £20k a year for licence from the main dealers as all linked to its mainframe HQ PORSCHE computer. He said a technician wil ring me. The car was pushed onto ramp as no gears were working and this was even before the software was plugged into the car. So what AP garage said was a total lie and placing the onus on my local garage. I phoned my local garage and told him everything and he was not happy. He said car should have left AP garage with calibration and software update and they did not seal the pipe properly hence the leak and software locking and car not going into gear so no gears and evident by car being pushed onto ramp He said ask AP to give his technician [Mark] a ring on Monday. I initially paid over £6k to get 2 sensors fitted to the car in October and it drove ok until a few week a go and even drove better after the work but there was an oil leak and I thought it was just from the engine as was evident before but was from the gearbox. Need this to go to legal if they refuse to claim liability.
