I need a UK based Lawyer for partnership agreement (film)

We seek a skilled British legal expert to draft a partnership agreement for an independent web series project. The agreement will establish the remuneration, rights and responsibilities between the author of an original memoire and the film's producer and director for an upcoming low-budget feature.

The attorney should have experience creating tailored contracts that clearly articulate the ownership and financial obligations for all involved parties throughout the various stages of pre-production, principal photography, post-production and distribution. Given the independent nature and budget constraints of this film, the agreement must concisely establish terms in a fair yet flexible manner to best facilitate collaboration while protecting each collaborator's contribution and prospective rewards.

Primary responsibilities will include reviewing the screenplay and film concept to understand the scope and vision, discussing roles and expectations with clients, and then drafting a customized agreement that addresses copyright, profits sharing, creative controls, financial responsibilities in case of over/under budget, dispute resolution procedures, and other standard partnership considerations.
