2 days ago27 proposalsRemoteFull-stack developer — PDF templates & widget management
We are looking for a developer to work on an internal CMS-style admin application built with React, MUI, Apollo GraphQL on the front end and Node with MongoDB on the back end. The role combines two threads of work. First, you will extend our PDF workflow along a PDF viewer v2–style pattern: a configuration area, an HTML preview, a preview dialog that renders the document with @react-pdf/renderer, and download of the generated PDF. The main outcome we care about is implementing a new PDF layout that faithfully follows our reference file template.pdf—section structure, hierarchy, spacing, and pagination where relevant—with editable fields wired through config components, a matching on-screen preview, and registration in our template layer so preview and download stay in sync. Second, you will work on the existing “manage widgets” side of the product: widget groups and the flows to create and edit groups, add and remove widgets such as text and chart-oriented blocks, and keep everything aligned with the GraphQL API and a solid admin experience including loading and error handling. We expect solid TypeScript React skills, comfort with GraphQL and Mongoose-style backends, and the ability to follow the project’s existing patterns rather than rewriting the stack. Experience authoring PDFs in React with @react-pdf/renderer and matching a fixed reference PDF is important for the PDF part; any background with chart or dashboard widgets in React is helpful for the widget work. The engagement is remote and milestone-friendly; we will share repository access and template.pdf when you begin. In your application, briefly describe similar PDF or CMS work you have done, point us to relevant examples if you have them, and note your availability.

UX/UI Web Designer – Joomla 6 (JoomShaper Stack)
Project Overview =============== We are looking for an experienced, high-end Joomla web designer and frontend layout specialist to completely modernise our existing corporate web presence. We are moving away from a legacy Joomla 3.10 site and transitioning into a fresh, high-performance Joomla 6 environment. A clean, vanilla instance of Joomla 6 has already been provisioned, configured, and hosted on our staging servers. This project is not a traditional technical database migration; it is a visual rethink, aesthetic update, and structural layout overhaul. We possess strong internal IT capabilities, meaning we do not require backend server configuration or extension engineering. We are strictly looking for an expert who excels in modern web layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and clean page-builder execution. The Creative & Design Scope (Our "Design Gap") ========================================= While our technical foundation is fully handled, modern layout structure and asset curation are our weak points. We are looking for a creative partner to take full lead on the visual direction: - Structure & Layout: You will review our existing legacy Joomla 3.10 site architecture and use your design expertise to heavily improve, clean up, and modernise it. We expect you to architect engaging, trustworthy page sections (e.g., modern "Meet the Team" grids, interactive process/service steps, crisp iconography, and elegant client testimonial blocks). - Content Strategy: As the visual designer, you are responsible for building the structural layout frames. We are completely happy to generate, edit, and paste the actual text content ourselves, as long as the visual structure and blocks are beautifully executed for us to work with. - Imagery & Asset Curation: You will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and editing high-quality, professional, modern imagery/graphics that elevate our brand identity. Cheesy or generic stock photos will not fit this project. All assets must be optimised and delivered in Next-Gen formats (e.g., .webp) to protect site speed. Technical Scope & Stack ======================== - CMS Core: Joomla 6 (Latest Stable Branch) - Framework/Builder: JoomShaper Helix Ultimate & SP Page Builder 6 Pro (Active premium subscription provided by us). We want to utilise a premium JoomShaper template layout as our canvas unless there is a strong design reason not to. - Source Material: Our live Joomla 3.10 site will be provided for raw copy extraction and layout comparison. - Staging: Full administrator access to the new Joomla 6 staging environment is ready to go. Key Milestones & Deliverables ========================= Phase 1 (UI/UX Concepts): Review the legacy site and propose template customisation paths, a typography plan, a cohesive imagery mood board, and initial layout concepts for the Homepage. Phase 2 (Core Page Build): Build out the custom responsive layouts inside Joomla 6 using SP Page Builder, populating the new page sections and placing our content/placeholders cleanly. Phase 3 (Mobile Polish & Handover): Ensure absolute fluid responsiveness across all device breakpoints, optimize the layouts for Core Web Vitals (speed targets), and ensure clean asset loading before handover. Freelancer Requirements (How to Apply) =================================== Please do not send a generic, automated copy-and-paste proposal. Because we have deep technical familiarity with the Joomla ecosystem, automated agency bids will be archived immediately. To be considered, please ensure you answer our application questions and provide: - Links to 2 or 3 live websites you have personally designed and built specifically using Joomla (v4/5/6) and the SP Page Builder / Helix ecosystem.

The animations will support the introduction of a complex new concept to the learner and your job is to make that concept feel accessible, engaging and memorable without overshadowing the narration. AI Business Development Website Chatbot and Voice Tool
I am looking for an experienced AI chatbot / LLM product developer to build a custom AI Business Development Director for my website. The project is focused on creating a polished website-based AI assistant that can speak with website visitors, qualify leads, explain the business, answer questions using approved company knowledge, and send structured summaries and actions to the team. The tool should sit on a page of my website and should also appear as a popup when someone visits the site. You would need to do this. It should look and feel similar to ChatGPT or Claude, using their APIs or another suitable LLM API, but designed around our brand and business development use case. When a visitor opens the tool, they should see two options: “Write a message to me” and “Talk to me”. Before either conversation starts, the tool should request the visitor’s name, email address, job title and company. Both the written chat and voice chat should connect to a selected LLM API. The chatbot will use approved business knowledge files and content, such as PDFs, PowerPoints, website links, service descriptions, training material, FAQs, commercial guardrails and business development instructions. The goal is for the chatbot to behave like an AI Business Development Director. It should be able to explain the business, answer questions, qualify leads, discuss potential opportunities, and handle commercial conversations within clear limits. It must not make unsupported claims, invent information, agree terms outside approved guardrails, or promise anything it is not authorised to promise. Where appropriate, it should escalate to a human. For the voice version, I am open to the best recommended approach. This may involve OpenAI Realtime API, Whisper, text-to-speech, browser audio capture or another suitable voice stack. Please advise on what you recommend and why. Ideally, the system should also be able to remember returning visitors based on their email address, but this needs to be designed carefully and in a GDPR/privacy-aware way. At the end of each conversation, or when the conversation is terminated, the tool should send an email to me and relevant colleagues with the visitor’s details, conversation summary, key discussion points, lead qualification, actions required and recommended follow-up. Ideally, the conversation should also be logged into Airtable or another CRM-style destination. The system should classify each lead, for example as high priority, medium priority, low priority or not relevant, and briefly explain why it has assigned that classification. The tool needs to be integrated into my website and designed properly as a page/interface, not just dropped in as a basic widget. It should look professional, work smoothly on desktop, tablet and mobile, be mobile responsive and feel app-like on mobile. I also need a simple way to maintain and update the system after launch, including the ability to update knowledge files, FAQs, prompts, commercial guardrails, escalation emails, notification recipients and chatbot wording without needing to rebuild the whole tool. The AI should be grounded in the approved knowledge base and should say when it does not know, rather than guessing or inventing information. It should also have clear human handoff rules, especially for pricing, legal terms, investment discussions, sensitive client matters or anything outside its approved knowledge base. Please also include fallback behaviour, for example what happens if the LLM API fails, the voice system fails, the email notification fails or Airtable/CRM logging fails. I will need testing on desktop and mobile, as well as a short handover video showing how to update the knowledge base, prompts, settings and notification rules. Please explain how you would build this, where it would sit technically, how it would be integrated into the website, how the chatbot and voice interface would work, how the knowledge base would be maintained and updated, how conversations would be stored or summarised, what subscriptions/APIs/hosting would be required, and what you can or cannot do.

Client Delivery & Account Manager for Small Software Company
We’re a small, growing software company based in Ireland. Our remote developers are at full capacity and I (the founder) currently handle all client communication, project coordination, and a lot of sales/admin. I’m looking for a long‑term contractor in Europe with excellent English to become my right hand on client delivery and account management. You will be the main day‑to‑day contact for many clients, keeping projects moving smoothly while I focus on solution design and growth. We will start on a contractor basis, but this is intended to be a serious, ongoing role, not a tiny side gig.
