About the Position
Silverlight Research Network is seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This full-time role focuses on outbound calling, prospect outreach, and qualifying potential leads for our research and business development team.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and able to communicate professionally with international prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and business contacts
-Identify, qualify, and document new sales leads
-Schedule follow-up calls and appointments when required
-Maintain accurate records of all call activities
-Consistently meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:
-Must be based in Serbia
-Good command of spoken English
-Previous experience in outbound sales, tele-sales, or business development is an advantage
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Compensation:
-Monthly Salary: $700 (USD)
-Full-time, long-term remote position
