Site plan concept - small housing estate

Assignment is to prepare a site plan planning drawing for a proposed development of 6 residential dwellings on a site in the UK, based on my specification and hand drawing. The site plan drawing is required for the purpose of illustrating a potential use of an existing commercial site. 3D New Dwelling design

Want a 3d Model in sktech up. After initial 3D model want to have some 3D CGI. Following that have a 3D CGI walkthrough in twinmotion render. We want an all in price and comparability that all the above programmes are used so we can see the walkthroughs on our meta quest 3.
