B2B Telephone Caller UK Natural Soap Wholesale

We are the UK's official distributor of natural soaps. We supply independent gift shops, health stores, garden centres, homeware boutiques, hotels, spas, and lifestyle businesses across the UK with over 300 handmade natural soap lines.
We are looking for a confident, warm, and professional telephone caller to make outbound B2B calls on our behalf — introducing our wholesale range to potential new trade customers and following up with existing clients.
This is not a hard-sell role. We want someone who sounds friendly and consultative, not pushy. Full call scripts, product information, and contact lists are all provided.
You will:

Call independent retailers, gift shops, garden centres, spas, hotels, and similar businesses
Introduce our wholesale French soap range in a natural, professional way
Qualify interest and gain permission to send our catalogue by email
Follow up with existing customers to nurture relationships
Log brief, accurate call notes after each session

We are looking for:

Clear, natural British accent
Previous B2B telephone or customer liaison experience preferred
Confident, personable, and reliable
Available during UK business hours
