We are looking for a web designer/developer to create a premium one-page website for IHRM Corporation, based on the attached design reference.

The website must have a very elegant and luxurious feel, using a black leather stitched background (vintage luxury armchair/private office style), gold accents, and smooth modern animations.

The website is NOT designed to aggressively acquire clients. Its purpose is to professionally present what IHRM Corporation does as an umbrella company.

Main activities to present on the website:

* Property Leasing (UAE)
* Property Rental (Spain)
* Land Ownership (Spain)
* Crypto Investments
* Stock Market Investments
* IT Consulting
* AI Investments

Requirements:

* One-page website
* Responsive for desktop and mobile
* Premium/luxury design
* Smooth scrolling and animations
* Modern and fast loading
* Clean typography
* Based as closely as possible on the attached visual concept/design

The website should feel discreet, institutional and high-end — more like a private investment group than a normal corporate website.

    * Should the experience feel more cinematic/editorial with scroll-based transitions, or more minimal and static with subtle luxury motion?
    * Will each investment area (property, crypto, AI, consulting, etc.) need its own expandable section/content layer, or should the site remain intentionally discreet and concise?
    * Do you already have refined copy/brand messaging prepared, or would you also like support shaping the tone and presentation so it feels appropriately high-end and institutional?
