Professional report design

I need a designer to transform two reports - one 44-page, 10,000-word document and one 26-page 5600-word document into two professional, public-facing reports. The focus is on presentation and alignment with our brand colors, not writing the report itself. I have the complete copy.

Scope of work
- Design the layout of the report inlandscape A4 format
- Possibly incorporate stylized illustrations that reflect the content.
- Use a consistent color theme provided from our website.
- Suggested designs/templates must be sent before the word is confirmed. But a bespoke design isn't necessary.
