Zoho CRM Professional Implementation Specialist
ZOHO OUTREACH We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to configure a clean, scalable CRM for an international B2B recruitment sourcing business. CRM is already selected, with Zoho CRM Professional as the intended plan. We manage international B2B databases of recruitment agencies, manpower agencies, workforce/candidate suppliers, direct employers and clients. Outreach channels include Phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Email, with Telegram/Facebook occasionally. Initially, the Founder and Main Assistant will use Zoho directly. External callers/freelancers should work through one bilingual English/Russian Google Sheets template without Zoho licences. MVP Configure mainly native Zoho CRM: Accounts/Companies, Contacts, Activities/Tasks, permanent Company IDs, Outreach Pipeline, Qualification, Account Manager, ownership fields, communication history, follow-ups, basic views/dashboard and migration from Excel/Google Sheets. Every Company needs a permanent unique ID such as VP-000001, VP-000002. IDs must be sequential, never changed, independent of Company Name/Country/Role and used as the matching key between Google Sheets and Zoho. Operators must not create IDs manually. GOOGLE SHEETS → ZOHO When an operator records an outreach activity, automation must find the Company by ID, create a separate Activity, preserve previous history, update summary fields, create a Follow-up Task when required and return Synced or Error/Needs Review. Activities must never overwrite previous Activities. Use one bilingual Google Sheets structure, one field mapping and one workflow. Preferred tools: Zoho Flow and/or Make, with minimal custom coding. CRM STRUCTURE Accounts = Companies; Contacts = people within Companies; Activities/Tasks = communication history and follow-ups. One Company may have multiple Contacts. Company Role: Supplier / Client / Both. Company Category: Recruitment Agency / Manpower Agency / Direct Employer / Workforce Supplier / Other. Pipeline: New; Outreach in Progress; Response Received; Qualification in Progress; Qualification Completed; Closed—No Response; Closed—Not Interested; Closed—Not Suitable. Qualification Result: Pending / Qualified / Not Suitable. Account Manager, Current Owner, Relationship Source and Contacted By must remain separate. Account Manager manages the relationship; Current Owner handles current responsibility; Relationship Source records who established the relationship; Contacted By records who performed a specific Activity. LINKEDIN & OWNERSHIP Support Company LinkedIn, Contact LinkedIn, LinkedIn Connection Status, First LinkedIn Outreach Date and Last LinkedIn Interaction Date. Employee reassignment must not change historical Activities, Notes, Relationship Source or Contacted By. ACTIVITIES Every communication attempt must be a separate Activity. Channels: Phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram and Other. Preserve complete history while allowing Last Contact Date, Last Channel and Last Result to show the latest interaction. PILOT Before full migration, test 30–50 real Companies. Test different countries/types, multiple Contacts, Phone/WhatsApp/LinkedIn/Email Activities, multiple Activities per Company, follow-ups, qualification, invalid IDs and duplicate prevention. Full migration starts only after Founder approval. SECURITY The Zoho organisation remains owned by us. Founder remains Super Admin. Specialist receives a separate temporary account. Passwords must never be shared and critical automation must remain under company control. OUT OF SCOPE AI, ATS/Zoho Recruit, candidate workflow, telephony, transcription, call-centre software, WhatsApp Business API, automatic LinkedIn scraping/messaging and heavy custom development are not part of the MVP. DELIVERABLES Configured Zoho CRM; Company/Contact/Activity structure; permanent IDs; Pipeline/Qualification; ownership fields; LinkedIn fields; bilingual Google Sheets template; Sheets→Zoho automation; Sync Status/Error handling; follow-up automation; 30–50 Company pilot; full migration after approval; basic views; field mapping; automation documentation; short SOP video; confirmation of the recommended Zoho plan. PROPOSAL Please answer: 1) How many Zoho CRM implementations have you completed? 2) What experience do you have with Zoho CRM Professional? 3) Have you built Google Sheets→Zoho automation? 4) Zoho Flow, Make or both? 5) How will you preserve Activity history? 6) How will you prevent duplicates? 7) How will you implement permanent Company IDs? 8) How will you separate Current Owner, Relationship Source, Account Manager and Contacted By? 9) Can this MVP be built without heavy custom development? 10) Is Professional sufficient? If not, explain why. 11) Provide 1–3 relevant examples, fixed price and timeline. Please start your proposal with ZOHO OUTREACH.

Our company brochure was recently designed and is finished to a very high standard there are quite a few grammatical errors that need addressing before going to print. because of the 5000 character limit I can not put them all in this description box and the brochure is too big to send over PPH. Due to me advertising previously and getting a lot of time wasters please supply your email address when applying so I can send you the documents all our communication and payments will be on PPH here is a small list of of the errors. there are 16 pages of errors but some of them pages have an error of one spelling mistake on the page. some of the pages have no spelling mistakes but need words deleting and grammatical reading issues. which will take minutes to do. here are some examples. PAGE 1 — Cover Current Professional Cleaning for the Modern Workplace This is actually a good headline. The cover has a corporate feel rather than looking like a domestic-cleaning leaflet. I would consider changing the subtitle slightly You could make the audience clearer: Professional Cleaning for London Workplaces & Managed Properties or Professional Commercial Cleaning Across London The current phrase “Modern Workplace” makes it sound mainly like an office-cleaning brochure, whereas the brochure also targets property managers, communal developments and other sectors. This isn't essential. The existing cover is perfectly usable. PAGE 2 — Contents There is an immediate spelling mistake: “End of Tennancy Cleaning” should be: “End of Tenancy Cleaning”. I'd also change: “Why Choose us” to: “Why Choose Us” And you may want: “After the Builders Cleaning” to become the more conventional: “After Builders Cleaning” or, better for corporate clients: “Post-Construction & After Builders Cleaning” Bigger strategic change Your contents currently treats every service almost equally. If this is becoming your commercial outreach brochure, I would reorder it so the most valuable services come first: About West Clean Our Team Office & Commercial Cleaning Communal & Property Management Cleaning Healthcare Cleaning Post-Construction / After Builders Cleaning End of Tenancy Cleaning Why Choose West Clean Client Testimonials Our Experience How We Work Contact That would match the market you're trying to win. PAGE 3 — About Us The opening says: “Drawing on more than 15 years in professional cleaning services…” That's good. But later you say 25 years combined experience. That's not necessarily contradictory, but a reader could wonder which figure is correct. I'd make the distinction explicit: “West Clean has more than 15 years' trading experience, supported by over 25 years of combined industry experience across our team.” That solves the issue. Current sentence “We provide a dependable and seamless cleaning service to a diverse portfolio of clients…” Fine, although I'd tighten it. Suggested version West Clean provides dependable professional cleaning services to businesses, property managers, estate agents and organisations across London. Then: With more than 15 years' experience, we understand that commercial cleaning is about more than appearance. Reliability, communication, consistency and accountability are equally important. That's much stronger commercially. Your present copy becomes quite long and generic. Testimonial attribution You have: “- Lauren Ouno App” I'd change that to something clearer: Lauren — Finance & Operations, Ouno App assuming that is accurate and you have permission. PAGE 4 — Our Team This page is fundamentally good. It currently says: “Each member is carefully selected, fully trained, and committed to upholding the highest standards…” Good. Later: “we use only premium biodegradable cleaning products.” Be careful with “only”. If West Clean ever uses bleach, descaler, specialist chemicals, solvents, disinfectants or another non-biodegradable product when required, the statement becomes inaccurate. I'd say: “Where appropriate, we prioritise high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning products while ensuring the correct products and methods are used for each site.” More credible. I would add one commercial sentence “Our cleaning teams work to documented site specifications, with ongoing supervision and quality checks to help maintain consistent standards.” That appeals to facilities/property managers. PAGE 5 — Office & Commercial Cleaning This is one of your most important pages. The main copy says: “Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager and a trusted team of trained cleaners…” That's strong. I'd make this page even more B2B-focused. Add a small section such as: Suitable for: • Offices • Managed properties • Professional practices • Shared workspaces • Retail and commercial premises • Property-management portfolios
12 days ago55 proposalsRemoteContinuing Education Course Approval & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Remote Must be a native English speaker from an English speaking country. Task based About the Role We operate continuing education platforms serving licensees across multiple states. We're expanding into new states (Illinois, and others) and need someone to own the entire course-approval lifecycle — from identifying what we need to offer, through getting it approved by the state licensing board, building the actual course, and keeping it compliant and renewed year after year. This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will be the single point of accountability for each state and each course offering: A to Z. What You'll Own Regulatory research Research each target state's CE requirements: required topics, mandatory hour breakdowns, course categories (e.g., core/mandatory vs. elective), instructor and provider qualifications, and approval pathways. Track the specific rules of each licensing board (e.g., Illinois, and other state real estate commissions) and translate them into a concrete plan for what we need to submit. Application & approval Complete and assemble provider and course approval applications for each state, including all supporting documentation (course outlines, timed agendas, learning objectives, assessments, instructor credentials, certificates of completion samples). Submit applications, pay/track fees, and manage the back-and-forth with board reviewers — responding to deficiency notices and revision requests until approval is granted. Course development Develop the actual course content we'll offer for each approved topic — outlines, slides, written materials, quizzes/exams, and answer keys — built to satisfy the board's requirements and our platform's format. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, writers, or AI-assisted content tools as needed. Compliance & renewal Maintain a master calendar of approval expiration dates and renewal deadlines across all states and courses. File renewals on time, update content when regulations change, and keep all course materials and records audit-ready. Monitor regulatory changes in active states and flag anything that affects existing offerings. What Success Looks Like New state offerings go from "we want to enter Illinois" to "approved and live" without items falling through the cracks. No course ever lapses due to a missed renewal. Applications come back approved with minimal deficiency cycles because submissions are thorough the first time. Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable owning many parallel deadlines across different jurisdictions. Excellent written communication — you'll be drafting applications, course materials, and formal correspondence with state agencies. Detail-oriented and comfortable reading and interpreting administrative regulations and statutes. Self-directed; able to run a process end-to-end with minimal hand-holding. Nice to have Prior experience with continuing education, professional licensing, accreditation, or regulatory submissions (real estate, insurance, nursing, etc.). Instructional design or course development background.

1-minute sample, followed by 8 videos of approximately 5 minutes each About the project We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a series of highly abstract, visually sophisticated animated videos, built around supplied voiceovers. The project starts with a one-minute sample to establish the visual direction and animation quality. Once the sample is approved, you will produce eight full-length videos, approximately five minutes each. We’re looking for the precision, restraint, and polish associated with premium Apple or Meta motion design—but with an original visual language. Creative direction Very abstract. Minimal. Crisp. Beautifully animated. Rather than showing literal objects or illustrating the narration word for word, use movement, shape, light, texture, and composition to communicate ideas. The visuals might include flowing ribbons, transforming geometric forms, translucent layers, shifting patterns, fluid connections, or carefully controlled particles. These are starting points, not a prescribed style—we’re looking for someone who can bring a distinctive creative approach. Do not use paintings, framed artworks, photographs, characters, literal scenes, or stock-footage montages. Avoid generic explainer icons, dashboard-style interfaces, and template-driven animation. The animation should feel intentional and cohesive, with sharp details, considered lighting, smooth transitions, and confident use of negative space. Typography can be used sparingly, but the piece should be driven primarily by abstract motion rather than text on screen. Abstract should not mean random: changes in rhythm, form, scale, and connection should support the ideas and emotional progression of the voiceover. Project structure Phase 1: One-minute sample Create a fully animated 60-second sample, using supplied narration. This is not just a storyboard, a set of still images, or a slideshow. It should demonstrate the proposed visual language, animation quality, pacing, transitions, and synchronization with the voiceover. We will agree on a concept and a small selection of style frames before you animate the sample. The approved sample will establish the design and quality standard for the full series. Phase 2: Eight five-minute videos Following sample approval, produce eight videos of approximately five minutes each—around 40 minutes of finished animation in total. The series should feel visually consistent while introducing enough variation to keep each video engaging. We need someone who can sustain a strong abstract visual language across longer sequences, rather than repeating a short loop or stretching a few ideas. Audio and materials We will provide the scripts, voiceovers, and available reference material. Keep the supplied voiceovers unchanged. Do not rewrite, rerecord, replace, speed up, or retime the narration. Build the visual pacing around the existing delivery. Any additional music or sound design should be agreed upon before use. Deliverables Provide the completed one-minute sample and, following approval, all eight full-length videos. Final delivery should include high-quality 16:9 MP4 exports at a minimum of 1920 × 1080, plus organized, editable project files and associated assets. Please identify any third-party assets, licensing requirements, or generative tools used. Final work must be suitable for commercial use. Who we’re looking for You should have a strong portfolio in abstract motion design, experimental animation, premium technology films, or design-led 2D/3D work. Excellent composition, timing, transitions, and attention to detail are essential. We’re particularly interested in designers who can develop an original visual system and carry it through a substantial series. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or an equivalent professional workflow are welcome. To apply Please send 2–3 relevant examples of abstract animation, clearly stating your role in each, and a brief description of your proposed approach. Include separate pricing for the one-minute sample and the eight five-minute videos, along with your availability, estimated production schedule, revision allowance, and source-file handover details. We’re looking for a creative partner for the full series—not just a one-off sample.

PROFESSIONAL PREMIERE PRO EDITOR NEEDED FOR THREE ZAMBIA DOCUMENTARY FILMS We are looking for an experienced video editor to turn raw footage filmed in Zambia into three polished, professional films. The footage was captured by a young filmmaker during an extended work-experience placement. We need someone who can review and organise the footage, select the best interviews and B-roll, and help create a strong structure for each film. We can provide the key messages and write the linking scripts. The filmmaker can record any required voiceover once the editor has identified the best interview clips and created an initial structure. THE THREE FILMS 1. FLATDOGS CAMP BRAND DOCUMENTARY Target length: 3–4 minutes; maximum 5 minutes. Flatdogs is a safari lodge next to South Luangwa National Park. The footage includes interviews with several team members, the camp and accommodation, staff, wildlife, safari experiences and surrounding landscapes. We need an attractive, cinematic brand film that captures the people, atmosphere, wildlife and guest experience. It should combine the best interview clips with B-roll, music, natural sound, titles, branding and narration where required. It should feel warm, authentic and aspirational—not like a generic corporate video—and be suitable for the Flatdogs website, YouTube and promotional use. 2. PROJECT LUANGWA DOCUMENTARY Target length: 4–5 minutes; maximum 5 minutes. Project Luangwa is a charity supporting communities in Zambia’s South Luangwa Valley. The footage includes interviews with approximately five people, including representatives of the organisation and people who have benefited from its work. There is also B-roll of its education, community and environmental projects. The finished film should clearly explain what Project Luangwa does, who it supports, the impact of its work and why people should donate, fundraise or become involved. The editor will need to select the strongest interview content and combine it with B-roll, music, titles, branding and narration to create a positive, authentic and emotionally engaging film. 3. AFRICAN WILD-DOG COLLARING FILM Target length: approximately 1½–2½ minutes. This footage shows a wildlife-conservation operation in which an African wild dog was captured and fitted with a tracking collar. We need a short, compelling conservation film showing what happened and briefly explaining why wild dogs are collared and monitored. It should have a strong opening, a clear sequence, natural sound, suitable music, brief explanatory captions or narration and a concise ending. The animal and conservation team must be portrayed respectfully without sensationalising the operation. We would prefer a strong two-minute film to a longer version containing repetitive footage. EDITING REQUIREMENTS All three films must be edited professionally in Adobe Premiere Pro. Please do not apply if you intend to use iMovie, CapCut or another editing program. The work must include: * Review and organisation of the raw footage * Selection of the best interviews and B-roll * Collaborative story development * Professional video and audio editing * Audio clean-up and balancing * Colour correction and grading * Appropriately licensed music * Titles, interviewee names, captions and simple graphics * Subtitles where appropriate * Integration and enhancement of the recorded voiceovers * Two rounds of reasonable revisions per film * Final high-resolution 16:9 exports * Complete, editable Adobe Premiere Pro project files The Premiere Pro files must be clearly organised so the filmmaker can open them, understand how the films were constructed and make future amendments. Please include all graphics and details of any fonts, effects, plug-ins and music licences used. We can supply logos, interviewee names, background information, key messages and scripts. The filmmaker can also talk the editor through the footage. OPTIONAL EXTRAS Please quote separately for: * A 60-second social-media edit of the Flatdogs film * A 60-second edit of the Project Luangwa film * Short vertical edits of 15–30 seconds WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE PROVIDE: * Relevant examples of documentary, wildlife, conservation, travel, charity or hospitality films * A fixed price for each film individually * A discounted fixed price for all three films * Confirmation of what your quotation includes * How much raw footage your price assumes * Your estimated turnaround time * Number of revisions included * Confirmation that licensed music and editable Premiere Pro files are included * Your preferred method for transferring the footage Please do not provide only an hourly rate. We need a clear fixed-price quotation. There may be further work available if the project goes well.

Luxury Marketplace Operations & High-Value Logistics Specialist
Description VANDALUX is a pre-launch European marketplace for authenticated pre-owned luxury goods, including designer handbags, watches, jewellery and accessories. We are looking for an experienced Luxury Marketplace Operations Specialist with practical experience in luxury resale, consignment, authentication, auction operations, high-value logistics/fulfilment or a related field. This is not a general Project Manager or strategy-consulting role. VANDALUX has already developed its proposed Commercial operating model and is in discussions with specialist providers covering authentication, secure logistics/custody, insured transport and related infrastructure. We are not looking for someone to restart this work from zero. We need someone who can take the existing work forward, communicate directly with relevant providers/facilitators, close remaining operational gaps and help turn the different components into a simple, workable end-to-end transaction process. Intended Transaction Model Our proposed workflow is broadly: Seller photos/details → preliminary remote authentication → transaction → secure collection/custody → controlled authentication evidence captured independently of Seller → final authentication → insured delivery to Buyer. Where remote authentication is insufficient, an item may exceptionally require physical authentication. The final workflow is still being validated with providers. The objective is a secure but operationally simple model suitable for initially low transaction volumes. What We Need The specialist may help: coordinate directly with authentication, secure logistics, custody, insurance and other operational providers/facilitators; close outstanding practical questions with those providers; define responsibilities and handoffs between Seller, logistics/custody, authentication and Buyer; establish practical item identity, intake, condition-recording and chain-of-custody procedures; determine how controlled authentication photographs/evidence should be captured after an item leaves Seller control; coordinate additional evidence requests and exceptional physical authentication; define secure handling, dispatch, returns and failed-authentication/exception workflows; consider custody and insurance continuity across handoffs; identify and resolve genuine operational gaps without introducing unnecessary complexity or fixed costs. Longer-Term Potential We are not simply looking for a consultant to produce a report and leave. If there is a strong fit, we would like this person potentially to continue with VANDALUX at Commercial Launch on a freelance, part-time or on-demand basis, coordinating real transactions/providers and potentially supporting the controlled physical-item workflow. The specialist does not need to personally authenticate items. Authentication decisions will remain with specialist third-party providers. However, practical understanding of authentication operations, high-value item handling, evidence integrity and chain of custody is important. Relevant backgrounds include luxury resale/consignment, auction houses, authentication operations, luxury inventory/quality control and high-value logistics/fulfilment. European/cross-border experience is particularly valuable. Initial Paid Assignment The initial assignment is deliberately limited. The selected specialist will: Review a concise handover of our existing operating model and provider position. Review the proposed transaction workflow. Identify remaining practical operational gaps without repeating completed work. Communicate with relevant providers/facilitators where clarification is needed. Recommend the simplest workable Commercial transaction workflow, responsibilities and handoffs. Identify any material operational blockers. Discuss potential ongoing support at Commercial Launch. We want practical, implementation-focused input, not a lengthy theoretical consultancy report. The budget shown on this listing applies only to this initial assignment. It does not cover future Commercial Launch operations, ongoing transaction handling or a longer-term role. Any subsequent engagement will be scoped separately. When Applying Please briefly describe: Your relevant luxury resale/consignment/authentication/auction/high-value operations experience. Luxury categories you have worked with. Experience with authentication, item intake, evidence/condition recording or chain of custody. Experience coordinating logistics, authentication, custody, insurance or fulfilment providers. Your location and European market experience. Whether you could potentially provide ongoing/on-demand operational support at Commercial Launch. Please focus on directly relevant operational experience rather than general project-management experience.

Startup Accountant & Professional Director / Corporate Services
I am looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy UK accountant with startup and company-formation experience to support the establishment and ongoing financial management of InstaShoot, an early-stage on-demand photography and videography startup. I would like to find someone who can become a long-term financial partner to the business — initially helping establish the correct corporate/accounting structure and subsequently managing our accounts, compliance and financial reporting. Director & PSC Structure Due to restrictions within my current employment contract, I cannot personally hold certain formal company positions. I therefore need someone experienced in UK company structures, professional/nominee director services, beneficial ownership and PSC requirements who can advise on the appropriate lawful structure. I am not simply looking for someone willing to put their name on Companies House. I need a reputable professional who can assess my circumstances, explain the implications and establish a compliant structure. Ideally, you or your firm should also be able to provide professional director/corporate services where appropriate. Ongoing Accounting Support I am looking for support with areas including: * Company formation/restructuring * Companies House compliance * Corporation Tax and annual accounts * Bookkeeping oversight * Management accounts and cash-flow forecasting * VAT and payroll when required * Startup tax planning * Financial modelling * SEIS/EIS knowledge * Share/cap-table support alongside legal advisers * Investor-readiness and fundraising financial preparation Experience working with startups, technology companies, marketplaces or scalable service businesses would be particularly valuable. Fundraising experience is advantageous. Existing relationships with angel investors, accelerators, VCs or startup networks would be a welcome bonus, but investor introductions are not a requirement. Who I’m Looking For You should be: * Professionally qualified/appropriately regulated * Experienced with UK limited companies and startups * Highly trustworthy and commercially minded * Proactive and able to explain complex matters clearly * Interested in developing a long-term relationship with the business Please Answer When Applying 1. What accounting qualifications and professional memberships do you hold? 2. Do you or your firm provide professional/nominee director or corporate services? How does this normally work and what are your fees? 3. How would you structure a situation where a founder cannot personally act as director or hold certain formal company positions because of an employment contract? Please specifically address PSC and beneficial ownership requirements. 4. What experience do you have supporting early-stage startups? 5. Do you have experience with SEIS/EIS, financial modelling, fundraising or investor due diligence? Fees I would initially prefer a fixed-price consultation/setup engagement, followed by an affordable ongoing monthly accounting arrangement with the right professional. Please provide: * Initial setup/consultation fee * Ongoing monthly accounting fee * Separate professional director/corporate-services fees * Qualifications and relevant experience * Location and accountancy practice/firm details UK-based professionals with verifiable credentials and references are strongly preferred. I am looking for integrity, expertise and someone who can grow with the business over the long term.
