Help Build One of the UK's Fastest Growing Estate Agency Brands

We're looking for a talented video editor to join our growing media team and help create content for one of the most exciting businesses in UK property.
The Agency UK (TAUK) was recently ranked 74th in The Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Businesses in Britain, making it the first and only estate agency business to ever feature on the list.
We're growing quickly, investing heavily in content, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This isn't a freelance gig where you'll be editing the odd video in isolation. You'll be working directly with senior leaders, business owners and some of the UK's most successful estate agents to create content seen by thousands of people every week.
What You'll Be Editing

Property Tours

High-quality property walkthroughs, lifestyle showcases and listing videos.
Day in the Life & Out and About Content

Follow agents and business leaders behind the scenes, creating engaging social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Estate Agency Mastery Podcast

Long-form podcast editing, short-form clips, highlights, reels and promotional content.
What We're Looking For

Strong editing skills and storytelling ability


Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut or similar


Ability to create engaging short-form content


Good understanding of social media platforms and trends


Ability to work independently and hit deadlines


Strong English communication skills


An eye for pacing, hooks and audience retention


Bonus Points

Experience editing podcasts


Property, business or personal brand content experience


Motion graphics skills


Thumbnail design experience


Hours & Growth Opportunity

Initially we're looking for someone for:
1-2 days per week


Immediate start


£8-10 per hour (flexible based on experience and quality)


Our expectation is that this will quickly grow to:
3-4 days per week within the first three months


For the right person, we fully expect this role to develop into a long-term and potentially full-time opportunity as our content output continues to expand.
