Aviation Training Instructors–Foundation Professional Courses

A new aviation company is launching a series of practical, live online aviation courses delivered in small, interactive groups.

We are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join us as freelance instructors, delivering engaging training to a maximum of five participants per class, from industry newcomers to professionals seeking to refresh and expand their knowledge.

Foundation Courses — 5 to 6 Hours Over 2 Days :
- Commercial Aviation Essentials.
- Aircraft Parts and Documentation Essentials.
- Aviation Aftermarket and Supply Chain Essentials.
Professional Courses — 8 to 12 Hours Over 3–4 Days:
- Aircraft Leasing and Asset Management Professional.
- Aircraft Engines Professional.
- Technical Records and Airworthiness Professional.
Candidate Roles & Responsibilities:
-Deliver engaging live online training sessions.
-Develop the initial course content in collaboration with the Academy.
-Create professional PowerPoint presentations using an interactive, click-to-reveal format.
-Incorporate real-world examples, case studies and discussions where applicable.
-Encourage participant interaction, answer questions and periodically review course content.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience within commercial aviation.
Strong professional experience in at least one of the listed subject areas.
Confident presenter with strong communication skills and good spoken English.
Comfortable delivering live training through Microsoft Teams, Zoom or similar platforms.
Multilingual speakers including Arabic language are particularly encouraged to apply.
All course materials, presentations, terminology and assessments will remain in English. However, selected courses may be delivered and explained verbally in Arabic, allowing Arabic-speaking participants to learn, discuss and ask questions in their preferred language while remaining familiar with standard English aviation terminology.
