We are a UK network and WiFi company looking for a UK-based B2B appointment setter to help us launch a new managed WiFi service for static caravan and holiday parks. The proposition is straightforward: we provide and install the internet/WiFi infrastructure with no upfront cost to the park, and individual caravan owners can subscribe directly with us. We are also offering parks a completely free proof of concept covering a small area of their site before making any commitment. We need someone who can: • Research suitable static caravan and holiday parks • Identify the owner, park manager or decision maker • Make outbound calls and introduce the service • Follow up by email where appropriate • Keep a record of contacts and conversations • Book qualified calls/site meetings into our diary You do NOT need to be technically experienced in WiFi or Starlink. We will handle technical questions, proposals and closing the opportunity. Initially we would like to target parks in Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. If successful, there is potential to expand this across the UK and make this an ongoing role. We are looking for someone UK-based who is confident speaking with business owners and managers on the phone. Previous B2B appointment setting, telecoms, IT, hospitality or holiday park experience would be particularly useful. Please tell us about your previous B2B calling/appointment-setting experience and how you would approach this campaign.

We are a UK-based online home improvement retailer looking for a friendly and reliable assistant for ongoing part-time customer follow-up work. The role will primarily involve: Working from a spreadsheet of customers who have recently purchased from us. Making friendly outbound calls to check that customers are happy with their purchase and inviting them to leave us a review. Emailing customers the relevant review invitation/link. If a customer has an issue or is unhappy, simply recording the details and passing them back to our UK customer service team to handle. Keeping basic records of calls, reviews and customer feedback. This is not cold calling or sales. You will only be contacting existing customers who have already purchased from us. Payment This role is commission only, paying £5 for each genuine published review that mentions your name, paid monthly against invoice. The review does not need to be positive — the name mention is simply how we track which reviews have resulted from your follow-up work. We anticipate approximately 3 hours per day / 15 hours per week initially, although this may vary depending on customer volumes. As a guide, we would expect earnings to be approximately £10–£20 per day, although this is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of customers contacted and reviews received. Requirements - Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly telephone manner - Comfortable making outbound customer calls - Reliable and able to work independently - Basic spreadsheet/computer skills - Available during UK business hours We are still finalising the exact process, so there is scope to develop the role with the right person. We are looking for someone personable and dependable who would like regular, long-term ongoing work.

SVG Illustrator for Clinical Findings in Equine Dental Charts
We run a browser-based veterinary practice management software containing a new dental charting tool that veterinarians use to record findings during an equine dental examination. The chart itself — the tooth outlines, jaw contours and chewing surfaces — already exists as inline SVG in a single self-contained HTML file. What is missing is the set of graphics that appear on a tooth when the user records a finding. We are looking for an illustrator to draw and integrate those graphics: 17 findings in total, covering things like enamel overgrowths, wear patterns, fractures, and pictogram-style symbols. You work directly inside the existing file, adding SVG geometry only. The HTML and CSS structure, the coordinate system and the existing tooth drawings stay exactly as they are. No veterinary or anatomical knowledge is required. You will receive a detailed 42-page brief that explains everything from scratch — the three views of the chart, the direction terms, the tooth numbering — plus lots of annotated reference images showing how each finding should look. Every work package has its own specification: which view, which teeth, which options, how the finding is removed again. What matters most to us is precision. The graphics have to sit exactly on the anatomy they belong to, at every tooth, in every quadrant, and they have to stay correct when other tools lengthen, shorten, rotate or remove a tooth. Please expect and be willing to work through several rounds of corrections; we give specific, marked-up feedback and respond quickly. Ideal fit: strong vector illustration skills, comfortable hand-authoring and editing SVG path data inside an HTML file rather than exporting from a drawing app, and genuinely enjoys detail work. In your proposal, please tell us: examples of precise vector work you have done, whether you are comfortable working directly in SVG markup and your availability.

a month ago37 proposalsRemoteFreelance Motion Designer — Abstract Animation
1-minute sample, followed by 8 videos of approximately 5 minutes each About the project We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a series of highly abstract, visually sophisticated animated videos, built around supplied voiceovers. The project starts with a one-minute sample to establish the visual direction and animation quality. Once the sample is approved, you will produce eight full-length videos, approximately five minutes each. We’re looking for the precision, restraint, and polish associated with premium Apple or Meta motion design—but with an original visual language. Creative direction Very abstract. Minimal. Crisp. Beautifully animated. Rather than showing literal objects or illustrating the narration word for word, use movement, shape, light, texture, and composition to communicate ideas. The visuals might include flowing ribbons, transforming geometric forms, translucent layers, shifting patterns, fluid connections, or carefully controlled particles. These are starting points, not a prescribed style—we’re looking for someone who can bring a distinctive creative approach. Do not use paintings, framed artworks, photographs, characters, literal scenes, or stock-footage montages. Avoid generic explainer icons, dashboard-style interfaces, and template-driven animation. The animation should feel intentional and cohesive, with sharp details, considered lighting, smooth transitions, and confident use of negative space. Typography can be used sparingly, but the piece should be driven primarily by abstract motion rather than text on screen. Abstract should not mean random: changes in rhythm, form, scale, and connection should support the ideas and emotional progression of the voiceover. Project structure Phase 1: One-minute sample Create a fully animated 60-second sample, using supplied narration. This is not just a storyboard, a set of still images, or a slideshow. It should demonstrate the proposed visual language, animation quality, pacing, transitions, and synchronization with the voiceover. We will agree on a concept and a small selection of style frames before you animate the sample. The approved sample will establish the design and quality standard for the full series. Phase 2: Eight five-minute videos Following sample approval, produce eight videos of approximately five minutes each—around 40 minutes of finished animation in total. The series should feel visually consistent while introducing enough variation to keep each video engaging. We need someone who can sustain a strong abstract visual language across longer sequences, rather than repeating a short loop or stretching a few ideas. Audio and materials We will provide the scripts, voiceovers, and available reference material. Keep the supplied voiceovers unchanged. Do not rewrite, rerecord, replace, speed up, or retime the narration. Build the visual pacing around the existing delivery. Any additional music or sound design should be agreed upon before use. Deliverables Provide the completed one-minute sample and, following approval, all eight full-length videos. Final delivery should include high-quality 16:9 MP4 exports at a minimum of 1920 × 1080, plus organized, editable project files and associated assets. Please identify any third-party assets, licensing requirements, or generative tools used. Final work must be suitable for commercial use. Who we’re looking for You should have a strong portfolio in abstract motion design, experimental animation, premium technology films, or design-led 2D/3D work. Excellent composition, timing, transitions, and attention to detail are essential. We’re particularly interested in designers who can develop an original visual system and carry it through a substantial series. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or an equivalent professional workflow are welcome. To apply Please send 2–3 relevant examples of abstract animation, clearly stating your role in each, and a brief description of your proposed approach. Include separate pricing for the one-minute sample and the eight five-minute videos, along with your availability, estimated production schedule, revision allowance, and source-file handover details. We’re looking for a creative partner for the full series—not just a one-off sample.

Premium 20 Second Social Media Product Demo Ad
PROJECT: Premium 15–20 Second Social Media Advert – FlashFab Direct We need a premium 15–20 second video advert for FlashFab Direct, primarily for Instagram/Facebook Reels. ABOUT FLASHFAB FlashFab is a UK roofing/cladding e-commerce business with technology that changes how contractors order bespoke metal flashings. Traditionally, roofers send hand-drawn sketches to fabricators, then go backwards and forwards confirming dimensions/specifications, waiting for quotes and making amendments. FlashFab removes this process. Customers can: 1. Upload a hand-drawn sketch – FlashFab automatically detects it and converts it into a clean digital profile. OR 2. Draw the flashing themselves directly online – no sketch required. They then choose material/thickness, finish, colour and quantity, receive an online price and order. The advert should make a roofer think: "That's clever." "That would save me hours." "I want to try it." STORYBOARD SCENE 1 – PROBLEM / HOOK (0–4 sec) Show the frustrating traditional process: rough sketches, emails/messages, amended dimensions, waiting for quotes. Main message: "FED UP WITH THE BACK & FORTH?" Quick references to: SKETCHES. DIMENSIONS. CHANGES. QUOTES. Then: "THERE'S A BETTER WAY." Introduce FlashFab. SCENE 2 – WOW MOMENT (4–11 sec) This is the most important section. Show a REAL rough hand-drawn flashing sketch being uploaded to the REAL FlashFab website. Show FlashFab automatically detecting it and transforming it into a clean digital flashing profile: ROUGH SKETCH → DIGITAL PROFILE We want this transformation to be visually impressive. Then: "NO SKETCH? NO PROBLEM." Show the alternative – drawing a flashing directly within FlashFab from scratch. The message: UPLOAD YOUR SKETCH OR DRAW IT YOURSELF Then quickly show: Material → Thickness → Finish → Colour → Price → Order Online We will provide real FlashFab screen recordings. Please do NOT create a fake interface. SCENE 3 – BENEFIT (11–14 sec) Large, clean message: "SAVE HOURS." Supporting text: "No back & forth. No waiting for quotes." If possible, show the digital profile transitioning into the finished manufactured flashing: SKETCH → DIGITAL PROFILE → FINISHED PRODUCT SCENE 4 – CTA (14–17 sec) "TRY IT TODAY." flashfab.co.uk SCENE 5 – ENDING (17–20 sec) Black/dark screen. Animate the genuine FlashFab logo, followed by our slogan: "FROM PROFILE TO PRODUCTION." CREATIVE STYLE This should feel like a premium technology/SaaS product advert, NOT a traditional construction advert. Modern, slick, clean, technology-led and fast-paced. Think premium product launch/software demonstration. Avoid generic builders, cheesy stock footage, AI people, excessive text, cheap transitions or fake website interfaces. The FlashFab technology is the hero. BRAND COLOURS Red: #E3211B Near Black: #15171B White: #FFFFFF Light Grey: #F4F6F8 Use black/white predominantly with controlled red accents. MUSIC/SOUND Modern premium electronic/industrial soundtrack. Punchy but not cheesy. Use subtle sound design for uploading, detecting the sketch, profile transformation, selections and price appearing. The SKETCH → DIGITAL PROFILE transformation should have a particularly satisfying visual/audio moment. ASSETS PROVIDED We can provide: - Logo - Hand-drawn sketch - Real website screen recordings - Digital profile - Product renders/photos - Customer review if required DELIVERABLES Main: 9:16 / 1080x1920 for Instagram/Facebook Reels. Ideally also 4:5 Meta feed version. We would also like alternative versions of the first few seconds so we can test different hooks, such as: "FED UP WITH THE BACK & FORTH?" "STILL SENDING SKETCHES TO YOUR FABRICATOR?" "ROOFERS – THERE'S NOW A BETTER WAY." Please send examples of premium product-demo/SaaS/motion-graphics work you have previously produced. We are particularly interested in how you would execute the SKETCH → DIGITAL PROFILE transformation.
9 days ago30 proposalsRemoteShopify CSV product data specialist
This is not a Shopify development project. It is a focused product-data audit and correction job. I already have the Shopify product export and official supplier CSV feeds. The work is primarily comparing the datasets, correctly mapping the specification fields and safely applying the required corrections. An experienced Shopify/CSV/SyncX specialist should be able to complete this efficiently. I am not looking for someone to spend days developing a custom solution. However, accuracy is critical. I have previously had a freelancer incorrectly upload product specifications, so I require a 10-product test and my approval before any bulk changes are made. I need an experienced Shopify product-data specialist to audit and correct the technical specifications of approximately 500 products on my Shopify lighting store. I have official supplier CSV product feeds from three suppliers: • Endon Lighting • Elstead Lighting • Impex Lighting The supplier CSV files contain the correct product information and will be used as the source of truth. The main objective is to compare the supplier data against my existing Shopify product data and identify any incorrect or missing specifications, then safely correct the Shopify products. Products should be matched primarily using the Variant SKU. Specifications to check include dimensions, height, width, projection, diameter, weight, finish, colour, material, bulb holder, bulb type, number of lamps, maximum wattage, voltage, IP rating, class, dimmable, LED information, lumens, colour temperature, energy rating and any other relevant technical specifications contained in the supplier feeds. SyncX: Stock Sync is the preferred method for carrying out the updates. However, if you believe a direct CSV comparison using AI/ChatGPT/Claude and a corrected Shopify CSV would be safer and more efficient, please explain your proposed method before making any changes. IMPORTANT: I previously had a freelancer upload incorrect product specifications across my store, so accuracy and controlled testing are extremely important. NO bulk changes are to be made initially. The project must start with: A complete Shopify backup. A test using approximately 10 products. A before/after comparison showing the existing Shopify value, supplier value and proposed correction. My approval of the test before proceeding with the remaining products. The three suppliers should then be processed separately: Endon, Elstead and Impex. DO NOT change or overwrite my SEO-optimised product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, collections, handles or images. Only the agreed technical specification fields should be changed. If a product cannot be confidently matched to the supplier SKU, it must be flagged for manual review rather than guessed. I expect the successful freelancer to provide: • Completed specification audit • Corrected product data • Excel report showing all discrepancies and corrections • Documented field mappings • SyncX configuration, if used • List of products requiring manual review • Confirmation that no unauthorised fields were changed I am looking for someone with genuine Shopify CSV/data-mapping experience, Shopify metafield experience and preferably previous SyncX: Stock Sync experience. Please tell me: Have you used SyncX: Stock Sync before? Give me a specific example. How would you compare 500 Shopify products against three supplier CSV feeds? How would you ensure that descriptions and SEO fields are not overwritten? How would you test the first 10 products before doing the full catalogue? Would you use SyncX, direct CSV/AI comparison, or both? Why? What is your fixed price and estimated completion time? I am happy for you to use ChatGPT, Claude or other AI/data tools to make the comparison faster, provided that the supplier CSV is treated as the source of truth and all proposed changes can be demonstrated before being applied. Accuracy is more important than speed. I will not authorise a full catalogue update until the initial test has been checked and approved.

We are a small, specialist UK company providing professional mould surveying, mould remediation and associated building reinstatement services. We are looking for an experienced, confident and professional telephone outreach specialist to make approximately 25–30 targeted calls to local councils, housing associations and other public-sector/government-level organisations. This is not a high-volume telesales job. The quality of the conversation and the contacts obtained are much more important than simply making calls. What we need you to do Your role will be to contact relevant councils and housing organisations and: Introduce our company and explain clearly what we do. Identify the correct department or person responsible for areas such as: Housing repairs Property maintenance Damp & mould Environmental health Compliance Asset management Building safety Housing management Procurement/contract management Speak professionally and confidently with receptionists, administrators and relevant departments. Where possible, get through to the appropriate decision-maker or someone who can point you in the right direction. Explain that we are a specialist mould surveying and remediation company looking to establish relationships with councils and housing providers. The main objective is to obtain a direct email address and the name of the relevant contact so that we can send our company information and arrange a further conversation. Where appropriate, try to establish whether the organisation currently uses external contractors for mould surveying/remediation and how new contractors are considered or appointed. Record useful information from every call. Important We do not want someone simply sending cold emails to generic council email addresses. We believe that a short, professional telephone conversation first is much more effective. Once the correct person has been identified and, ideally, we have their direct email address, we can follow up with our company information, website and introduction. If the person you speak to says they are not the correct contact, we want you to ask who the appropriate person or department would be and try to obtain their contact details. The type of person we're looking for You must be: A confident and professional telephone communicator. Comfortable speaking to councils, housing associations and public-sector organisations. Experienced in B2B telephone outreach, appointment setting or business development. Able to speak naturally rather than reading a rigid script. Persistent but polite. Comfortable dealing with receptionists and navigating larger organisations. Good at asking the right questions to find the correct contact. Able to accurately record names, departments, telephone numbers, email addresses and relevant information. Previous experience contacting UK councils, local authorities, housing associations, government departments or other public-sector organisations would be a major advantage. What we will provide We will provide: Full information about our company and services. Our website and company information. A clear explanation of exactly what we do. Suggested talking points. A simple call-recording/reporting format for you to complete after each call. You don't need to be an expert in mould remediation. However, you must be able to understand our services well enough to explain them clearly and professionally. Expected outcome For each call, we would like as much useful information as possible, including: Organisation: Person spoken to: Department: Decision-maker/contact name: Direct email: Telephone number: Current contractor/procurement information (if available): Any relevant information: Recommended follow-up: The ultimate aim is to build a high-quality database of relevant council and housing association contacts and create genuine opportunities for our company to introduce its services. Number of calls Initially, we are looking for approximately 25–30 targeted calls. If the first batch produces good-quality contacts and conversations, there is potential for this to become ongoing work, with additional organisations and larger call lists provided. When applying, please tell us: Your previous experience with telephone outreach/B2B calling. Whether you have previously contacted councils, local authorities, housing associations or other public-sector organisations. Your experience dealing with decision-makers and navigating larger organisations. Your proposed price for completing the initial 25–30 calls. We are looking for quality rather than simply quantity, so please only apply if you are confident speaking professionally to UK public-sector organisations.
