About DA Removals
DA Removals provides professional and reliable removal and relocation services. We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Executive to help us develop new business opportunities and build relationships within the assisted living and sheltered accommodation sector.

The Role
The main focus of this role will be to research, identify and contact warden-assisted accommodation, sheltered housing schemes, retirement living communities and similar residential facilities.

You will be responsible for creating a high-quality database of relevant organisations and decision-makers, making initial contact, introducing DA Removals' services, and identifying opportunities for potential partnerships and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify warden-assisted accommodation, sheltered housing schemes, retirement communities and supported living facilities.
• Build and maintain a detailed database of potential contacts and organisations.
• Identify key decision-makers
• Make initial contact via telephone, email and other appropriate business channels.
• Introduce DA Removals and explain the services we can provide to residents who are moving into, out of or between accommodation.

• Develop relationships with accommodation providers and explore partnership or referral opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of all research, communication and follow-up activity.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong research and internet-based lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence speaking to businesses and decision-makers by telephone.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems or lead databases.
• The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
• A proactive and professional approach to business development.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development or customer service is desirable but not essential.
