’m an independent artist and designer based in London, and I’m currently developing a small collection of structured handbags using some unique vintage and textile materials that I already have. I’m looking for professional help with developing the first sample — particularly pattern cutting, construction and turning my initial design into a properly structured handbag. I already have a clear idea of the silhouette and proportions, and I’m hoping to work with someone who can help me refine the pattern and construction while keeping the original character of the design. I’d love to know if this is something you take on, and whether it would be possible to arrange a consultation or discuss the project and your rates. I’d be happy to send over some images and initial sketches of the design. Best, Jiyeon
17 days ago2 proposalsRemoteShort-Form Video Editor for Instagram Reels
I’m looking for an experienced short-form video editor to edit Instagram Reels for my personal brand. I do **not** just need someone who can add captions and transitions. I’m looking for an editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling, keep watching and finish a Reel. Start your message saying MARIO or you'll pitch will be ignored. ### What I need You’ll be editing mainly talking-head content for Instagram Reels. The editing should improve retention through: * Strong pacing and clean cuts * Strategic text placement and emphasis * Dynamic captions that support what is being said * Pattern interrupts where appropriate * Sound effects used intentionally, not excessively * Music that supports the content without overpowering it * Zooms, crops, B-roll or visual changes where they genuinely improve attention * Removing pauses, dead space and anything that slows the Reel down * Understanding when the video needs movement and when it needs to stay visually clean My content is psychology, identity and behaviour based, so the editing needs to feel **intelligent, premium and modern**, not gimmicky or overly flashy. ### What matters most I want someone who understands **why people keep watching a Reel**. You should be able to look at a raw video and make decisions about: * Where attention is likely to drop * Which words should appear on screen * When the visual needs to change * How quickly cuts should happen * Where sound can create emphasis * How to make the first few seconds stronger * How to maintain attention without making the edit distracting I’m particularly interested in someone who actively follows current Instagram/Reels editing styles and understands short-form content performance. ### Style Think: Clean Sharp Fast enough to hold attention Premium rather than over-edited I do not want constant random animations, excessive emojis, distracting effects or captions bouncing around the screen for no reason. Every editing choice should have a purpose. ### Ongoing work I produce a high volume of short-form content, so I’m looking for someone reliable who can eventually become familiar with my editing style and turn videos around consistently. ### When applying Please send: * Examples of Instagram Reels/TikToks/short-form videos you have edited * Examples specifically showing talking-head editing * A brief explanation of how you approach retention when editing a Reel * Your price please be realistic I'm NOT paying £10 per reel. I post around 20 videos per week! * Your typical turnaround time I’m particularly interested in hearing **what you would actually do to keep someone watching a 15–30 second talking-head Reel**.

I am looking for someone who can create an accurate, CNC-ready vector file based on my sketch or drawing for machining a wooden panel. The general layout and design direction are already defined. I will provide all relevant dimensions, positions, and reference measurements. The main task is to accurately recreate and refine my design and convert it into a file format suitable for my CNC machining service. The file should include: One long cutout for an LED strip or LED profile Two long cutouts for two airline tracks Four circular cutouts for recessed lights A decorative pattern next to the functional cutouts The decorative pattern should combine: The winding layout of a motorcycle route or racetrack viewed from above The silhouette of a mountain range Individual lines inspired by topographic contour lines The design should look modern and dynamic while remaining suitable for CNC cutting from a thin wooden panel. I already have a rough visual draft, so the design does not need to be created entirely from scratch. Required deliverables: An accurate 1:1 scale file Millimetres as the unit of measurement Clean, closed, and connected cutting paths Separate layers for the panel outline, functional cutouts, and decorative pattern, if possible DXF format and preferably an additional SVG file Consideration of suitable minimum distances, remaining material widths, and achievable cutting radii Brief consultation if any elements need to be adjusted due to the router-bit diameter or material thickness I will provide the final dimensions and confirm the CNC service provider’s preferred file format before the work begins. When applying, please briefly let me know: Which software you use Whether you have previous experience creating CNC cutting files Which drawings, measurements, and additional information you need from me Your estimated price and completion time If available, an example of similar work

We are a UK network and WiFi company looking for a UK-based B2B appointment setter to help us launch a new managed WiFi service for static caravan and holiday parks. The proposition is straightforward: we provide and install the internet/WiFi infrastructure with no upfront cost to the park, and individual caravan owners can subscribe directly with us. We are also offering parks a completely free proof of concept covering a small area of their site before making any commitment. We need someone who can: • Research suitable static caravan and holiday parks • Identify the owner, park manager or decision maker • Make outbound calls and introduce the service • Follow up by email where appropriate • Keep a record of contacts and conversations • Book qualified calls/site meetings into our diary You do NOT need to be technically experienced in WiFi or Starlink. We will handle technical questions, proposals and closing the opportunity. Initially we would like to target parks in Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. If successful, there is potential to expand this across the UK and make this an ongoing role. We are looking for someone UK-based who is confident speaking with business owners and managers on the phone. Previous B2B appointment setting, telecoms, IT, hospitality or holiday park experience would be particularly useful. Please tell us about your previous B2B calling/appointment-setting experience and how you would approach this campaign.
8 days ago16 proposalsRemoteCustomer Review & Follow-Up Assistant - Ongoing Work
We are a UK-based online home improvement retailer looking for a friendly and reliable assistant for ongoing part-time customer follow-up work. The role will primarily involve: Working from a spreadsheet of customers who have recently purchased from us. Making friendly outbound calls to check that customers are happy with their purchase and inviting them to leave us a review. Emailing customers the relevant review invitation/link. If a customer has an issue or is unhappy, simply recording the details and passing them back to our UK customer service team to handle. Keeping basic records of calls, reviews and customer feedback. This is not cold calling or sales. You will only be contacting existing customers who have already purchased from us. Payment This role is commission only, paying £5 for each genuine published review that mentions your name, paid monthly against invoice. The review does not need to be positive — the name mention is simply how we track which reviews have resulted from your follow-up work. We anticipate approximately 3 hours per day / 15 hours per week initially, although this may vary depending on customer volumes. As a guide, we would expect earnings to be approximately £10–£20 per day, although this is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of customers contacted and reviews received. Requirements - Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly telephone manner - Comfortable making outbound customer calls - Reliable and able to work independently - Basic spreadsheet/computer skills - Available during UK business hours We are still finalising the exact process, so there is scope to develop the role with the right person. We are looking for someone personable and dependable who would like regular, long-term ongoing work.

SVG Illustrator for Clinical Findings in Equine Dental Charts
We run a browser-based veterinary practice management software containing a new dental charting tool that veterinarians use to record findings during an equine dental examination. The chart itself — the tooth outlines, jaw contours and chewing surfaces — already exists as inline SVG in a single self-contained HTML file. What is missing is the set of graphics that appear on a tooth when the user records a finding. We are looking for an illustrator to draw and integrate those graphics: 17 findings in total, covering things like enamel overgrowths, wear patterns, fractures, and pictogram-style symbols. You work directly inside the existing file, adding SVG geometry only. The HTML and CSS structure, the coordinate system and the existing tooth drawings stay exactly as they are. No veterinary or anatomical knowledge is required. You will receive a detailed 42-page brief that explains everything from scratch — the three views of the chart, the direction terms, the tooth numbering — plus lots of annotated reference images showing how each finding should look. Every work package has its own specification: which view, which teeth, which options, how the finding is removed again. What matters most to us is precision. The graphics have to sit exactly on the anatomy they belong to, at every tooth, in every quadrant, and they have to stay correct when other tools lengthen, shorten, rotate or remove a tooth. Please expect and be willing to work through several rounds of corrections; we give specific, marked-up feedback and respond quickly. Ideal fit: strong vector illustration skills, comfortable hand-authoring and editing SVG path data inside an HTML file rather than exporting from a drawing app, and genuinely enjoys detail work. In your proposal, please tell us: examples of precise vector work you have done, whether you are comfortable working directly in SVG markup and your availability.
