Formatting Review for Internal Documents

We have a collection of internal documents that were prepared by different contributors, so the formatting and overall presentation are not currently consistent. We’re looking for someone to review these documents and bring them into a clear, uniform format.

The work will involve going through each document carefully, checking the existing layout, and applying the agreed formatting style throughout. This includes standardising headings and subheadings, adjusting fonts and text spacing, aligning paragraphs and sections, correcting inconsistent margins and page layouts, and making sure similar elements are presented in the same way across the document set.

You may also need to tidy up page breaks, lists, tables, numbering, indentation, headers or footers, and other visual details where they do not follow the common format. The intention is to preserve the existing content while improving how it is organised and presented.

No research, rewriting, or content creation is required. The focus is entirely on document formatting, consistency, and presentation.

Deliverables

- Reformatted documents using a consistent style
- Standardised headings, fonts, spacing, margins, and alignment
- Consistent numbering, lists, tables, and page elements where applicable
- Corrected layout and formatting inconsistencies
- Final documents that are clean, organised, and ready for internal use

This is a freelance opportunity and not a permanent position. Clear communication and careful attention to formatting details will be important throughout the project.
