Dinosaur replacement skin project

Greetings my name is Glenn and I recently started a prehistoric petting zoo which I call Paleo Pals, I'm on Facebook, go and have a look and you'll get an idea what I do.
The reason I'm on here is because I require someone whose had experience in making clothing or even stuffed animals from scratch. You see one of my prehistoric animals, these robotic dinosaurs called Pleos are starting to show skin deterioration, their skin is made up of TPE, which over time even with proper care weakens and falls apart. I am looking ways to make replacement skins using similar materials but it could be expensive, so I'm looking into seamstresses to see if anyone can make replacement skins but with soft stretchy fabric. I'll provide photo of what they look like. Let me know if it's something you can help me with.

P.s I need people who can not only design but make the skin themselves so experience in stitching is a must
