Flatlock Sportswear Sample Machinist – Urgent Prototype

I am looking for an experienced sportswear sample machinist to physically manufacture ONE technical stretch prototype.

Please only apply if you personally manufacture samples or work directly with the machinist who will make this prototype. I do NOT require design, tech pack or pattern-making services.

Requirements:

Experience constructing complete stretch garments using flatlock/flat seams
Access to suitable industrial flatlock machinery
Experience with compression/4-way stretch performance fabrics
Able to work from my completed professional Tech Pack and patterns
No design/pattern changes without approval
Able to produce one prototype with no MOQ
Willing to sign an NDA
Ideally able to assist with fabric sourcing

When applying, you MUST provide:

Photos of physical stretch garments you/your machinist have actually made, including flatlock seam close-ups
Where the prototype will physically be manufactured
Estimated cost
Earliest completion date

Urgent: September/early October completion required.

UK preferred; experienced European specialists considered.
