Compile and submit accounts to hmrc

I have been let down by my accountant who has not submitted our year end accounts which are now overdue, as such i need to submit these as a matter of urgency. I have the previous years accounts to hand along with the necessary reports, we did switch from one sage to another mid year but we have closing/opening reports. I have a book keeper who does my basic accounts and vat returns etc.. but she is not comfortable with submitting final accounts as she is not qualified to that level. Generally we just provide the reports to the accountants and and they ask for a stock valuation as thats about it. The company has a turnover of £2.5m due to the high value of products and also has accounts in $ and € but is only a small business with myself as the only employee.

I’m looking for a reliable, experienced UK-based telesales freelancer to contact and follow up Bark.com leads for my IT / WordPress hosting business. Bark.com provides leads which are very warm but need to be phoned ideally within 1 or 2 hours. The number of leads is very small, maybe no more than 10 per week, they get posted on Bark.com by businesses who need a website or hosting. I am rebuilding the Shop section of an existing WordPress website that runs on WooCommerce. The store sells Christian products such as books and devotionals, gifts for women, gifts for men, stationery, accessories, curated gift sets, and a few premium items like wine. The current shop layout is cluttered and not intuitive, which makes it hard for customers to find products and discourages purchases. This project is focused on structure and usability, not decorative design. I want the shop rebuilt from scratch with a clean, logical layout that feels organised, calm, and easy to browse. The freelancer will confirm WooCommerce is properly installed, create a new Shop page (not edit the existing one), and set up a clear category structure based on how customers actually think and buy. The intended categories are Books and Devotionals, Gifts for Women, Gifts for Men, and General Christian Gifts for neutral or universal items. Existing products should be correctly assigned to these categories. I need advice about using Affiliate Marketing

Hello, in the past, I had a website where all the products were affiliate links and I used to earn from it. (This was just a little sideline business to my main work at the time, but it did make quite good passive income using Amazon and a few other affiliate programmes). I had a friend who uses to do our SEO for free plus I got some PR on it myself which helped to draw traffic. I would like to get back into this, as with over 25 years experience in Retail I have the ability to curate collections of bestselling products and know what will sell well. I need advice as to how I do this best and at as little investment as possible. A website? Shopify? Pinterest? Instagram? Which is easiest? I would like to just stick with Amazon at this stage. I have a theme/niche that I would like to specialise in which I will keep private. But if you could give me some advice, or if indeed there is anyone who could help set this up for me and shoe me how and where to drop links etc. I'm very rusty on this- I have the "selecting products and branding capabilities" but not the tech side of things. Obviously if you can and are chosen to help me to set up, I will book that as another job, this first one is just to discuss. Ps. You see many Instagram posts regarding "side-hustles" for busy Mums, where they are simply working with affiliate links to generate income. Do these really work?
