Description
Experience Level: Expert
We're a small SaaS team building a lead generation and CRM platform for roofing contractors across the US. We're looking for a part-time sales closer to join us as our pipeline grows.
What the role involves:
Leads are fully pre-qualified they've already expressed interest and booked a call via Calendly. Your job is to show up, present one of our two packages (Base or Pro), handle objections, and close. You log the outcome in GoHighLevel afterward. Call volume is communicated in advance each week.
Compensation:
• First 3 months: 20% commission per closed deal (~$80 on Base, ~$100 on Pro).
• From month 4: $300/month retainer + performance bonus (details at offer stage).
This is a side income opportunity, not a full-time role.
Who we're looking for:
• Native English speaker.
• Some B2B sales experience: you don't need to be a top closer, but you should know how a sales conversation works.
• Comfortable talking to small business owners.
• Available during US business hours (ET), at least part of the day.
