I'm looking for an experienced Short-term Appointment Setter to coordinate and manage meeting schedules for the sales team.

What you'll do:
• Contact and qualify prospects to determine if they match the ideal customer profile
• Book and confirm qualified appointments into sales representatives' calendars
• Follow up on missed meetings and re-engage prospects until they are ready to meet
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, notes, and appointment details
• Handle objections professionally to secure confirmed appointments
• Send reminders to ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings
• Track and report on key performance metrics to management
