21 days ago26 proposalsRemoteTherapy Podcast & Meditation
I am looking for a reliable podcast and meditation editor who can help preserve and present meaningful human conversations with authenticity, sensitivity, and professional-quality production. About me: I am a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and meditation facilitator, with a strong interest in psychology, philosophy, emotional well-being, self-development, and the human experience. This work is an extension of that. The podcast explores themes such as identity, connection, authenticity, vulnerability, mental health, psychology, philosophy, relationships, and the wider human experience. The conversations are host-led rather than interview-led. I gently guide discussions while allowing guests space to explore topics that matter to them. The type of editing I want is thoughtful rather than aggressive. I want meaningful pauses, reflection, vulnerability, emotional moments, natural humour, and authentic conversational flow to be preserved, while technical issues, dead space, obvious mistakes, unnecessary repetition, and weak tangents are removed. Typical podcast recordings will be 1–2 hours long and will usually be captured with a simple setup: one microphone, one laptop, and sometimes one camera. Audio quality may vary depending on the environment, and all participants will usually be recorded onto a single audio track. Where guests are comfortable on camera, podcast recordings may also include video footage. What I need: - Audio cleanup and enhancement - Noise reduction - Voice optimisation - Thoughtful editing - Intro/outro added using my own original music - Final audio ready for upload (MP3 and/or other appropriate formats) - Where video footage is available, synchronisation and editing of audio/video for a clean, professional result I also create guided meditation recordings, usually up to approximately 1 hour. These will not include camera footage. For these, I need audio cleanup, voice enhancement where appropriate, noise reduction, preservation of natural pacing and pauses, and a simple visual version using a tranquil still image where appropriate. I am open to a long-term working relationship with the right person, and in the early stages, I would like to review edited versions before finalisation so we can build trust and a shared understanding of the style. What matters most to me is finding someone who is reliable, communicative, thoughtful, professional, open to collaboration, and genuinely interested in the purpose of the project.

I need someone to help build a simple Power Apps Canvas App for a production works order tracking process. The app is for a small engineering company and will be used on shared Android tablets and mobile phones. This is for a **simple, but modern look first version** that I can expand later. ## What the app needs to do Operators need to: 1. Select a workstation / production area. 2. Scan or type a works order number. 3. Add multiple works orders into a batch. 4. Review the batch. 5. Submit the batch. 6. Save the submitted records into one SharePoint List. 7. View recent submitted records. ## Data source The app should use **one SharePoint List only** for the first version. Example list name: WOTracking No Dataverse, SQL, Power Pages, model-driven app or premium connectors unless agreed first. Suggested SharePoint columns The single SharePoint List can contain: * `Title` — works order number * `TrackArea` — workstation / production area * `TrackDateTime` — date and time submitted * `TrackDate` — date only * `TrackTime` — time only, text format such as `HH:mm` * `TabletID` — tablet/device name if available * `InputMethod` — typed / scanner / batch * `BatchID` — ID to group one batch submission * `SubmittedBy` — user who submitted * `Comment` — optional notes ## Required screens First version only needs: * Home page * Works Order Tracking * Batch Review * Submit Result * Latest Updates ## Main screen The Works Order Tracking screen should include: * workstation selector; * works order input box; * Add to Batch button; * batch list/gallery; * remove item from batch; * clear batch button; * review/submit button. The important part is that the operator can select the workstation once, then scan/type several works orders before submitting. ## Submit logic When the batch is submitted: * add one row per works order into the single SharePoint List; * include the same `BatchID` on each row in that submission; * include the selected workstation/area; * include date/time submitted; * show a success/failure result. ## App style The app should be: * simple; * tablet-first; * mobile-compatible; * large-button; * easy for factory operators; * easy for an internal IT manager to maintain. Basic responsive layout is enough. It does not need to be overdesigned. ## Deliverables Please provide: 1. Working Power Apps Canvas App. 2. One SharePoint List connected. 3. Batch add/review/submit working. 4. Latest submitted records screen. ## Important This is for a first working version only. I want something simple that I can expand later. Future features may include current status, full history, error logging, Datafile ERP export, assembly instructions, stock locations, incident reporting and IT tickets, but they are not required now. Please confirm: * your experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps; * your experience with SharePoint Lists; * estimated cost; * estimated timescale; * whether you can keep this simple and use only one SharePoint List for the first version.

Reddit Organic Marketing Freelancer – Consumer Software Product
Hi there, We are looking for an experienced Reddit organic marketing freelancer to help promote our consumer software product on Reddit. A bit of context first: Reddit's moderation has become increasingly strict. Comment and post survival rates are significantly lower than they used to be. We are fully aware of this reality — which means we are not looking for someone to run spam comment campaigns. We need a genuine partner who understands Reddit's community culture and knows how to drive organic growth the right way. What We're Looking For 1. Real hands-on experience: You must have actually run Reddit organic marketing campaigns — not bulk posting or spam operations 2. Authentic user perspective: You should be able to adopt the mindset of a real user, naturally joining conversations and sharing genuine product experiences in a way that feels credible and non-promotional 3. Deep understanding of Reddit's ecosystem: You know the culture of different subreddits, when and how to post, and — critically — what kind of content survives and generates real engagement How We Measure Success We care about quality over volume. Our three core metrics are: 1. Number of surviving posts and comments – content that remains live and has not been removed or shadow banned (this is our primary metric) 2. Survival rate – the percentage of your posts and comments that stay up over time 3.Views/impressions – the actual reach of surviving content (for reference only, not used for payment) Two Cooperation Models Available 1. Project-based: A defined number of posts/comments to be delivered within an agreed timeline 2. Monthly-based: Ongoing collaboration with payment calculated based on actual surviving content each month When Applying, Please Provide 1. Past case studies or work samples: Include the subreddits you have worked in, survival outcomes, and any engagement data you can share 2. Your approach to Reddit organic marketing: Briefly explain how you avoid removals and how you integrate into communities from a genuine user's perspective 3. Confirmation you've read this post: Please begin your reply by naming one subreddit where you've had your most successful campaign 4. If you or your team offer comprehensive Reddit or Quora marketing services, feel free to include a full proposal. This is intended to be a long-term collaboration. We are committed to building an ongoing partnership if our first trial goes well. Looking forward to hearing from you!

This role combines prompt/task design, AI evaluation, QA testing, Python-based verification, and detailed technical analysis. Key Responsibilities - Design realistic OpenClaw agent tasks that require multi-stage coordination, decision logic, tool usage, and final artifact generation. - Build task prompts that test agent capabilities across data acquisition, reasoning, processing, and output generation. - Run the same task across multiple AI models while maintaining fair starting conditions and comparable environments. - Analyze full model trajectories to identify reasoning mistakes, tool-use failures, hallucinations, safety issues, and instruction-following gaps. - Create task-specific rubrics to evaluate agent architecture, tool coordination, reasoning quality, output quality, and final task completion. - Write and maintain pytest unit tests in verifiers.py to validate whether the final system state meets the task requirements. - Inspect JSON/state files, workspace outputs, generated files, model traces, and final artifacts to confirm task success or failure. - Create corrected “silver” trajectories by guiding the best model output until it satisfies all task requirements. - Document Model A / Model B failures clearly with evidence-based justifications. - Package and organize trajectory files, workspace files, test files, and final outputs for submission. Preferred Skills - Experience with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, or orchestration tools. - Experience with web scraping, browser automation, Playwright, Selenium, or data extraction workflows. - Familiarity with data normalization, scoring logic, ranking systems, and rule-based decision engines. - Understanding of AI safety, privacy boundaries, permission handling, and tool-use risk. - Experience comparing model performance or working on RLHF, LLM evaluation, data annotation, or AI benchmarking projects. - Basic familiarity with Git, virtual environments, package management, and reproducible test setup. - Ability to work with live test accounts and maintain clean, equivalent environments across model runs. VIDEO EDITOR — YouTube Lifestyle Channel | Long-Term Role We're Fraser and Stefanie — an online business couple based in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, living and travelling full-time in a motorhome while running our businesses remotely. We're launching a YouTube channel documenting our lifestyle and we're looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to be part of this journey long-term. This is not a one-off gig. We're building something real, and we want someone who takes their craft seriously and wants to grow with us. What the Channel Is The content covers our life on the road — travel, destinations, working online, living with freedom and purpose. Underneath that, the channel supports two businesses: an Enagic health and wellness distributorship and an energy healing and coaching brand. The tone is authentic, aspirational, and human. Think lifestyle documentary, not polished corporate content. Real people, real moments, real life — edited with skill and intention. We shoot approximately 20–30 minutes of raw footage per finished video and publish around 4 videos per month on YouTube. Equipment You'll Be Working With Insta360 X5 — this is our primary camera. You must be fully proficient with this footage type. DJI Osmo handheld camera DJI Drone for aerial shots Audio voiceovers supplied by us and mixed into the edit Insta360 Technical Requirements — Non-Negotiable You must have hands-on experience working with Insta360 footage. Specifically: Proficient in Insta360 Studio (desktop), including the full import and reframe workflow Ability to work with .insv file format — understanding that the X5 produces a single .insv file and how to import it correctly into Studio Manual reframing — using keyframes to direct the viewer's perspective across a clip, setting pan, tilt, roll, FOV, and distortion parameters Creating dynamic camera movement through keyframe animation — smooth transitions between perspectives to create intentional, cinematic motion within the 360 sphere Applying FlowState stabilisation correctly within Studio before export Converting 360 footage to clean 16:9 flat output for YouTube Knowledge of view presets (Linear, Wide, Natural, Tiny Planet, Crystal Ball) and when to use each creatively Exporting reframed footage at the correct resolution and codec for downstream editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro If you've never worked with Insta360 footage before, please do not apply. What the Edit Involves Assembling footage from multiple sources (Insta360 X5, DJI Osmo, drone) into a cohesive, well-paced video Syncing and mixing audio — including voiceover supplied by us, ambient sound, and licensed music Colour grading for a warm, natural, travel-lifestyle feel — consistent across all footage sources Text overlays and lower thirds where appropriate — clean, minimal, not overdesigned Pacing that fits the content — energetic where it calls for it, calm and reflective where it doesn't Delivering in H.264, 1080p minimum, 16:9, YouTube-ready We are not looking for someone who throws every effect in the toolkit at the footage. We're looking for someone with genuine editorial judgment — who knows what to cut, what to keep, and how to tell a story. What We're Looking For Proven experience editing YouTube lifestyle, travel, or vlog content — portfolio links required Full technical proficiency with Insta360 Studio as described above Experience with DJI drone footage — colour matching aerial and ground-level footage Competent at audio work — voiceover integration, music selection and licensing awareness, ambient sound handling Works to a deadline without chasing Communicates clearly and concisely Takes feedback professionally and implements it accurately What We're Not Looking For Over-editors. People who need constant hand-holding. People who apply without reading the brief. If your portfolio is all corporate talking-head or music video content with no lifestyle YouTube work, this isn't the right fit. Project Details Ongoing, long-term role Approximately 4 videos per month Budget: $100-150 per video, depending on experience. Please include your portfolio, confirmation of Insta360 Studio experience, and your preferred rate per finished video minute or monthly retainer We take our work seriously. We expect the same.

Power Apps UX/UI Specialist – Matrix Interface
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Apps UX/UI specialist to assist with designing and developing a custom registration matrix interface within a Microsoft Power Platform solution. The platform is used to manage fund registrations across multiple jurisdictions and currently operates using Dataverse and model-driven apps. We require a more scalable and user-friendly matrix-style interface for operational users. The existing standard model-driven grid functionality has limitations with horizontal and vertical scrolling, freeze pane/fixed column behaviour, usability for large matrices, dynamic hiding/showing of columns, and overall UX when working with high-volume registration data. We are exploring a custom Canvas App, Custom Page, or PCF-style approach and are looking for someone with strong experience designing advanced Power Apps interfaces and data-driven matrix/grid layouts. Scope of Work The successful contractor will assist with designing a scalable matrix-style UI within Power Apps, creating a responsive scrolling interface, implementing fixed identifier columns (freeze-pane style behaviour), dynamically hiding columns where no data exists, improving usability for large datasets, advising on the best technical approach (Canvas App vs PCF vs Custom Page), working with Dataverse tables and relationships, supporting UX optimisation for operational users, and potentially implementing proof-of-concept components. The solution will need to support Funds, Sub-Funds, Share Classes, jurisdiction/registration locations, and registration statuses and dates. Technical Environment Current technology stack includes Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps Grid Control, JavaScript, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365. Experience with PCF Controls, React/TypeScript, advanced Canvas App design, responsive Power Apps layouts, complex Dataverse-driven interfaces, and grid or matrix-style UI implementations would be highly advantageous. Deliverables Initial engagement would focus on UX/UI review and recommendations, proposed technical approach, wireframe or mock-up design, working prototype/proof of concept, and recommendations for scalable implementation. There is potential for follow-on implementation work depending on outcome. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with strong experience in Power Apps UX/UI design who has built advanced/custom interfaces beyond standard model-driven forms, understands Dataverse architecture, can advise pragmatically on platform limitations, has experience building matrix/grid-style interfaces, and can demonstrate similar previous work. Additional Information This is a professional/legal services environment, so usability, scalability, and maintainability are important. We are not looking for a basic form redesign; the requirement is for a more sophisticated operational interface for managing large volumes of registration data efficiently.

Arsenal Victory Parade — DOOH Photo & Video Shoot
Arsenal Victory Parade — DOOH Photo & Video Shoot Date: Sunday 31 May 2026 Location: North London — two specific DOOH screen locations on the parade route (see "Locations" below) Crowd scale: Over 1 million expected. This is a high-density street shoot; advance positioning is critical. Client: Flux Outdoor (commissioning on behalf of New Balance case-study work) The shot we need We're not after the parade itself. We're after two specific NB-branded DOOH screens along the route, with the Arsenal parade bus passing in frame. Think: open-top bus, Arsenal red, our screen running NB creative, crowd context. That juxtaposition is the case study. You'll need to scout both locations in advance, identify a workable vantage point (a step up, a kerb edge, possibly an elevated position if you can secure one), and be in place well before the bus arrives. Once the crowd builds, movement between the two locations will be slow or impossible, so plan accordingly. Locations Screen 1 — portrait digital street unit on a corner junction in the Highbury / Islington area. Reference image attached: portrait DOOH, "London Lives" branded panel, sits behind railings on the corner. We'll send the exact screen ID, street address, and what side of the road to shoot from once you're booked. Screen 2 — Holloway Road, exact unit ID to be shared on booking. Both are confirmed on the parade route. Deliverables 5 high-resolution stills — final, colour-graded, RAW available on request. Bus and screen both clearly in frame, NB creative on the screen legible. 5 short video clips (~10 to 20 seconds each) — 4K minimum, stable footage, bus passing or alongside the screen. Vertical and horizontal both welcome (we'll specify per location). All deliverables free of watermarks, time stamps, or photographer overlay. A mix across the two screens is ideal — not all 10 assets from one location. Kit expected Pro-grade DSLR or mirrorless body, full-frame preferred. Telephoto lens for screen-and-bus framing from across the street; wide for crowd context. 4K video capability, gimbal preferred. Backup body and storage on the day. With 1m people, you won't get a second chance. Usage rights Full commercial usage in perpetuity for Flux Outdoor and our client New Balance, across owned channels (web, social, case study decks, sales material) and earned PR. No personal-talent likeness rights required — wide street and bus shots only. Turnaround Sunday evening (31 May): quick selects / proofs via WhatsApp or Drive link. Sunday 7 June: final edited deliverables. Budget Open to proposals. Indicative range £300 to £600 for the shoot + edit, given crowd complexity, advance positioning effort, and two-location coverage. Happy to pay more for a photographer with a strong sports / live-event / street reel. What we need from you in your proposal A two-line read on whether you've shot similar high-crowd or moving-subject briefs before, with one or two portfolio links. Confirmation you can be on site at least 90 minutes before the parade kicks off, and can hold two positions across the route. Quote (shoot + edit), turnaround commitment, kit caveats.
