Hi there,
We are looking for an experienced Reddit organic marketing freelancer to help promote our consumer software product on Reddit.
A bit of context first: Reddit's moderation has become increasingly strict. Comment and post survival rates are significantly lower than they used to be. We are fully aware of this reality — which means we are not looking for someone to run spam comment campaigns. We need a genuine partner who understands Reddit's community culture and knows how to drive organic growth the right way.
What We're Looking For
1. Real hands-on experience: You must have actually run Reddit organic marketing campaigns — not bulk posting or spam operations
2. Authentic user perspective: You should be able to adopt the mindset of a real user, naturally joining conversations and sharing genuine product experiences in a way that feels credible and non-promotional
3. Deep understanding of Reddit's ecosystem: You know the culture of different subreddits, when and how to post, and — critically — what kind of content survives and generates real engagement
How We Measure Success
We care about quality over volume. Our three core metrics are:
1. Number of surviving posts and comments – content that remains live and has not been removed or shadow banned (this is our primary metric)
2. Survival rate – the percentage of your posts and comments that stay up over time
3.Views/impressions – the actual reach of surviving content (for reference only, not used for payment)
Two Cooperation Models Available
1. Project-based: A defined number of posts/comments to be delivered within an agreed timeline
2. Monthly-based: Ongoing collaboration with payment calculated based on actual surviving content each month
When Applying, Please Provide
1. Past case studies or work samples: Include the subreddits you have worked in, survival outcomes, and any engagement data you can share
2. Your approach to Reddit organic marketing: Briefly explain how you avoid removals and how you integrate into communities from a genuine user's perspective
3. Confirmation you've read this post: Please begin your reply by naming one subreddit where you've had your most successful campaign
4. If you or your team offer comprehensive Reddit or Quora marketing services, feel free to include a full proposal.
This is intended to be a long-term collaboration. We are committed to building an ongoing partnership if our first trial goes well. Looking forward to hearing from you!
