Our company is a fast-growing tech startup focusing on innovative web and mobile solutions. We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team for long-term collaboration, building and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications.

We are seeking a dedicated Website & Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is experienced in front-end and back-end development, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and is comfortable working on projects from concept to deployment. This is a long-term role with opportunities to contribute to strategic product planning and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications (desktop and mobile responsive).
- Develop, test, and maintain native and/or cross-platform mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create engaging user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Maintain version control and documentation for all projects.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar).
- Mobile development experience:
- Native: Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android)
- Cross-platform: React Native, Flutter, or similar
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills in American English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Firebase, etc.).
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
