Fire safety engineer for non standard building reg approval

Looking for recommendations for a Fire Safety Engineer (FSE). I’m carrying out a domestic extension/loft project that requires a non-standard fire strategy to satisfy Building Control, because the stairs come down into the kitchen. There is no other way to arrange the stairs. Personally I think an escape ladder down the pitched roof from the loft seems sensible or if not a sprinkler system. I’m looking for someone experienced in designing alternative means of escape for residential projects. Ideally, they should have experience producing fire engineering reports for domestic dwellings and working with Building Control. Many thanks. I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself.
