Description

Experience Level: Expert
I need a basic web build for Shopify and help migrating my existing products and data over to the new site. My existing website is woo-commerce but I need help with creating 100's of product categories as well for/with the upload. My current website is warbay.shop, I would like more of a simplified look like thetrolltrader.com. Website is also a multivendor platform, so understanding of what that means is also important.

I am able to build and manage a basic website myself, but looking for someone to save me some time, I am not looking to spend a large amount of money but also looking for this to be done quickly.

    Hi John,

    - How many products and vendors will need to be migrated to Shopify?

    - Are you planning to use a specific multivendor app on Shopify (like Multi Vendor Marketplace), or would you like recommendations?

    - Do you already have the category structure planned, or would you need help organizing it for better navigation and SEO?

  • VCONN P.

    Hi John,

to ensure we recommend the best approach, could you please clarify:

    1. Approximately how many products need to be migrated?

    2. Which multi-vendor solution are you planning to use on Shopify (e.g., Shopify Collective, Multi Vendor Marketplace app, or another solution)?

    3. Do you need customer accounts and previous order history migrated as well?

    4. Are the product images and descriptions already complete, or will any cleanup be required?

    5. Is your goal simply to recreate the existing functionality, or are you planning to add any new features during the migration?

If your budget is fixed, we're happy to discuss a phased approach and adjust the scope accordingly while ensuring you receive a stable, scalable Shopify store.

We look forward to working with you.

    Best,
    VConn Pvt Ltd
