    I am based in NW10, London for virtual admin or part-time on-site admin.

    I am a PA/Administrator with over 20 years of experience in
    both the public and private sectors. I am extremely meticulous, thorough and
    very speedy. I am conscientious with all the work I do and ensure I deliver
    quality in an efficient, friendly and timely manner.

    I am at ease and proficient with all the usual software
    programmes including MS Office, Open Office and basic knowledge of Photoshop. I am an excellent online researcher and virtual assistant. I use "tracking changes" in
    Word for any proofreading requests and can provide copy-editing too.

    I am positive, friendly and able to establish excellent
    working relationships with a wide range of people.

    I am also a product designer/inventor and currently working
    on various products on the side.

    BASIC PROOFREADING:

    -I offer proofreading for individuals, copy-editing and
    formatting.

    -Due to living in different lands, I am aware and privy to
    the spelling differences between them.

    BRAND NAMING

    -I also do brand naming for companies looking for a new
    brand identity.

    ADMINISTRATIVE:

    -Was hired to do data entry for a landlord/property company
    in my previous job. The owner then left the country and I single-handedly ran
    the company for 3 months until it was sold off.

    -My typing speed is 65wpm and due to my skills in
    proofreading, I am excellent at ensuring the copy is input correctly.

    -Any work that is deemed ‘boring’ or ‘mundane’, I enjoy
    doing (as well as interesting work).

    -Internet research undertaken.

    -Minutes taken, typed and distributed.

    -Meetings arranged and input on either Google calendars,
    Outlook or other similar apps.

    -Ability to organise and administrate to small office teams
    and ensure everything runs smoothly.

    -I freelance on the app TaskRabbit with 100% positive
    reviews for my admin bookings (https://tr.co/ruti-b).

    -Frequently use Excel to organise myself on a personal
    basis, as I find that I ‘have’ to be organised or else I can’t function
    properly.

    DESIGN:

    -Basic knowledge of Photoshop.

    Note: By the way, my accent mostly sounds American, with a
    smattering of Canadian and a dash of British.

      Was the recipient of highly unprofessional conduct relating to payment following her services. Received a slew of demanding and haranging late night and following day texts, accused of being unreliable/unprofessional as a buyer after politely responding to demands for same day payment advising that there'd be a short delay for remaining fee (less than a week) because of long haul (2 days of ) travel being undertaken the following day. Very stressful. Will not hire again.
