Virtual Assistant

We are looking for someone to help with an overflow of admin work as we have an upcoming event. They will be required to call back clients and confirm their bookings and call for quotes and deal with supplier enquiries.

We're looking for someone who is efficient, can use their own initiative, can create spreadsheets and help manage a bsy workflow.

You will be required to work 11am - 6pm, Mon - Fri until 22nd July, with occassional evening and weekend work.

Preferable if based in West Yorkshire, if not can work remotely, but needs to be UK based
