5 days ago29 proposalsRemoteHubSpot CMS (HubL) Developer – Custom Quote Template
Experience with HubSpot CMS (HubL) is essential, this is not a general CMS or WordPress project. Please include examples of HubSpot CMS or quote/template work, generic web projects won’t be considered. We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot developer to help us build a custom quote template that goes beyond HubSpot’s standard functionality. This is not a simple styling task — we want to create a more premium, proposal-style quote experience that better reflects our brand and improves conversion. The core requirement Our key requirement is the ability to dynamically display room-specific content within quotes, based on what a client has on hold. For example: If a specific room is selected → show that room’s images and description If multiple rooms are selected → display each clearly If a floor takeover is selected → present this as a single, joined-up experience This needs to be data-driven and scalable, not manually built each time. What we’re looking to build A custom HubSpot quote that: Feels premium, modern and on-brand Visually showcases the spaces being quoted Clearly presents pricing and inclusions Is structured, clean and easy to scan Works seamlessly for an internal team (not overly complex) Scope We’re looking for someone who can: Advise on what is realistically possible within HubSpot quotes Recommend the best approach (CMS / HubL vs alternatives) Build a custom quote template using HubSpot CMS / HubL Pull through deal, product and room data dynamically Ensure the solution is scalable and maintainable Important This must work within HubSpot (we want to avoid adding external tools if possible) We manage ~60 rooms, so the solution needs to scale Content (images, descriptions) should be centrally managed The goal is to reduce manual work, not increase it To apply Please include: Examples of similar work Especially custom HubSpot templates or quote/proposal builds Links or screenshots preferred Your recommended approach (brief) How you would handle dynamic content (e.g. room images/descriptions) Any limitations we should be aware of Rough estimate Ballpark hours or cost range Ideally split into: MVP version More advanced version Additional context We are a London-based meeting and event space business (Wallacespace), selling ~60 rooms and larger event spaces. This is part of a broader move to improve: client experience data quality automation within HubSpot Budget Open= looking for the right approach and partner rather than the lowest cost.
14 days ago33 proposalsRemoteCreator Origination
Please read the advertisement because we have a policy of not responding to cut and paste applications. We are launching a B2C app in approximately 6 weeks, starting Q1 with the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, then expanding each quarter thereafter. We need to engage with Instagram and TikTok creators with a sweet spot of 2-10k followers. Those creators must be focused on the aforementioned jurisdictions, and presenting in their local language. Please remember that point! However, also remember we will need creators elsewhere beyond Q1. The creators will be promoting our app to their viewers, to be listed on 11 download platforms. With their own discount code. Our Creator payment model is NOT to pay a fixed fee for a video, but instead we will pay them an initial commission based on the download subscription, and then a renewal fee each time the subscriber renews. Both initial and renewal commissions commence at a standard rate, but with three additional tiers for the top, the elite creators. We have developed a state of the art creator portal where engaged creators can view all their financial metrics, including commission pipeline, renewals, cancellations, track and benchmark performance etc. Both numerically, and with easy to understand visuals. We also have an elite creator programme, where the top creators will be able to quality for an annual, all expenses paid 3 day offsite. Clearly we are seeking to engage with creators who are commercially minded and want to build their own business. We have created 6 sample videos for them to review, but each piece to camera will be their own effort. Our engagement contract is under Irish law. If you would like to make a proposal, please set out your plans and fees clearly, indicating which jurisdictions you expect to be able to deliver with.
11 days ago19 proposalsRemoteCinematic Space Technology Animation Full Storyboard Provided.
WHAT THIS IS I am developing a space debris removal technology called ARDENT and need a high-quality cinematic animation for use in: - IP licensing meetings with aerospace prime contractors (ClearSpace UK, Astroscale) - UK Space Agency grant application (£75.6M programme) - UK Space Conference 2026 presentation This is NOT a generic explainer video. This is a cinematic science film — think SpaceX Starship launch films, ESA debris visualisation videos, or NASA JPL science films. Serious, awe-inspiring, technically accurate. I have a COMPLETE production storyboard document (Word doc, ~25 pages) containing: ✓ Shot-by-shot descriptions for all 13 shots ✓ Camera directions for every shot ✓ Full voiceover script (310 words, ~2m35s read time) ✓ Sound and music notes per shot ✓ AI video prompts per shot (Sora/Runway formatted — you may use these or ignore them) ✓ Style references for every scene type ✓ Colour palette and brand guidelines (ARDENT navy/gold) You will not need creative meetings before quoting. The brief is complete. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE 13 SHOTS IN BRIEF ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 01 — Earth from orbit, opening wide shot (8s) 02 — Orbital debris field visualisation with statistics overlay (12s) 03 — Defunct satellite collision in slow motion (10s) 04 — ARDENT title card (8s) 05 — Servicer spacecraft approaching debris target (14s) 06 — Vision system characterising debris with HUD overlay (12s) 07 — THE HERO SHOT: cannon fires, net deploys in slow motion (14s) ← most important 08 — Net envelops debris, cinch mechanism closes (17s) 09 — Drag augmentation sail unfurls, passive deorbit begins (17s) 10 — Data/statistics sequence with kinetic typography (13s) 11 — Three failure modes solved — comparison graphic (17s) 12 — Epic wide beauty shot, full system against Earth (13s) 13 — End card with logo reveal (15s) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STYLE & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Style: Cinematic CGI — photorealistic space environment, not cartoon or flat design References: SpaceX Starship landing films / ESA space debris visualisations / NASA JPL Resolution: 4K minimum (3840×2160), 16:9 Frame rate: 24fps cinematic (slow motion shots at 50fps+ then slowed) Format: MP4 H.264 master + compressed version for presentations Source files: Included in price (After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D project files) Voiceover: NOT included — I will record or commission separately Music: NOT included — I will license separately from Artlist/Epidemic Sound Colour grade: Cinematic, cool-toned space palette with warm Earth glow ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE HERO SHOT — SHOT 07 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Shot 07 is the centrepiece of the film and the most important shot to get right. It shows a cold-gas cannon on the nose of a spacecraft firing a net package into space. The net blossoms open — 20 metres of fine Dyneema mesh expanding beautifully against black space, corner masses swinging out, sunlight catching the mesh fibres in gold. It travels at a visibly slow, controlled pace. This shot is beautiful and it needs to feel like a genuine engineering miracle. Please pay special attention to this shot in your proposal — showing me you've thought about how to achieve it will go a long way. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT I NEED IN YOUR PROPOSAL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Your showreel / portfolio — specifically anything with: space, particles, slow motion physics, mechanical sequences, or technical animation 2. Which shots you'd approach using 3D CGI vs AI-assisted generation vs motion graphics 3. Your proposed timeline 4. Your fixed price for the complete deliverable 5. Two or three sentences on how you'd approach Shot 07 specifically I will provide the full storyboard document to shortlisted applicants immediately. IDEAL FREELANCER PROFILE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ - Experience with space, science, or technical CGI animation (essential) - Proficient in Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D software (essential) - After Effects for compositing and motion graphics (essential) - Experience with particle systems and physics simulation (important) - Comfortable working from a detailed written brief without hand-holding - UK-based preferred but not essential — must be comfortable with English-language brief NOT suitable for this project: - Character animators - 2D flat/explainer video specialists - Whiteboard animation - Template-based video makers A skilled animator using a combination of 3D CGI for the mechanical shots and AI-assisted generation for the space environment shots can deliver this within a good budget. I am happy to discuss a phased approach if helpful — priority shots first, balance on delivery. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Looking forward to hearing from you. Please message with your portfolio and proposal.
21 days ago17 proposalsRemoteMaharashtra Board Question Bank Creation
I need a well-structured question bank that strictly follows the latest Maharashtra State Board syllabus for both 10th and 12th grades in Mathematics and Science. Every chapter should be represented, and the spread of questions must reflect the actual board pattern—from straightforward concept checks to higher-order, application-oriented problems—so that teachers can pull ready-to-use material for class tests, prelims, and board exam practice. The work involves: • Drafting original, error-free questions fully aligned to the official textbooks and marking scheme. • Providing clear, model answers (with step-by-step solutions in Maths and precise explanations in Science). • Delivering the material neatly organised in editable MS Word or Google Docs files, chapter-wise and graded by difficulty. Acceptance criteria • 100 % syllabus coverage for both standards. • No duplication of questions from existing guides; everything must pass a quick plagiarism check. • Answers thoroughly verified for accuracy. If you already have experience creating board-specific resources and can stick to the textbook language and notation, your expertise will be invaluable here. I plan to review one sample chapter first, then move on to the complete set once the approach is finalised.

I'm planning a 3-day birthday weekend for twins in their twenties and need a fully tailored, self-running murder mystery across 2 evenings, each building on the last. The Setting: A large old house with an Italian palazzo feel – big kept garden, mysterious rooms, hidden corners. The story must be rooted in this specific location. Clues and tasks should be spread across the house and garden to get players moving and exploring. (I can share a video of the property.) Players: ~23 participants in their twenties, of which 3–5 optional extra characters in case some guests can't make it. Tone: fun, dramatic, a little dark – not childish. Key Requirement – Fully Self-Running: No game master. No host. The game runs itself through the players' own actions. Tester: We are forming a small focus group to test the websites we have created. You must have a background in AWS, developing websites, backend functions, and more. Background: We have a local charitable organization in Florida. This year, we have decided to go online and have a website created with chat and dialer functions. Most of our team members are volunteers, some of whom are aged 18 to 72. We also plan to add Different functions during different phases to this website, and as we grow this website and many more, we are looking to create an external test team separate from our in-house team. Job Description: Your job will be simple. Test our website. Before we go live, we want to make sure that we have a fully working product beyond our eyes. We have family and friends, as well as team members, who have looked over the website, but now we're looking for a professional eye on it beyond our developer. There are still a few bugs our team is working through, and as we get to the final week of production, we want to bring on someone to test the website. We're looking to sign up for the website, book a listener, apply for a volunteer position, submit a resume, become a listener, take the test to become a listener, and ensure that chat and dialer functions are working properly. You will be part of a small group that will be asked to rank the website, 1 being that it is not even remotely ready to be live to the public, and 10 being the website is perfect, we are ready to go live, there may be some small bugs, but those things we can work on as the website doing the website launch. Hiring Process and Payment: Experience is important for this position. We run a charitable organization and are not as versed in the technical side of website operations, but we are learning. We want someone who has experience building websites. We're looking for someone who can view the website from both a consumer and a developer standpoint. Once hired, you will have to sign an NDA. You will then have 48 hours after you receive access to the website to test it thoroughly. We will give you a full checklist, but it is also important to go beyond it and identify things that may or may not be a problem immediately or in the future. Our budget is $20 to $50 per report, or we can pay on a weekly or biweekly basis, in which case you would then provide a weekly or biweekly report on the website after your initial Report. We are also looking for someone who could lead the external developer focus group that will continuously review our website and other websites we build in the future, and this could become a permanent position for you to operate and run as you see fit.

What We Need: We need an experienced Android kiosk/MDM specialist to deliver the following: * Configure Android Device Owner (or equivalent MDM) kiosk mode on our OEM tablet — single app, no home button, no notifications, no system UI * Coordinate with our OEM manufacturer in China to apply the kiosk profile at the factory, so every unit ships to customers already locked down * Ensure the barcode scanner is Bluetooth pre-paired to the tablet at the factory — no user setup required * Implement auto-boot into the app after power loss and auto-restart if the app crashes * Set up a remote OTA update mechanism so we can push app updates to deployed devices without customer involvement * Optionally: wrap our web app in a native Android/iOS shell for Play Store and App Store submission What Is Already Built: * Full StockMyShop web application (inventory management, barcode scanning, expiry alerts, meal planning, real-time sync) * Cloud backend (Base44 platform — REST API, real-time database) * Mobile companion app (currently web-based, responsive) What We Are NOT Looking For: * General Android or web developers learning kiosk mode for the first time * Agencies — individual specialist or small specialist team only * Day-rate arrangements — this must be a fixed-price milestone contract Contract Structure: Fixed-price, milestone-based. Five milestones from contract signing to production sign-off. Full developer brief including scope, technical environment, QA acceptance criteria, and milestone payment schedule is available under NDA on request. Target Timeline: 10–12 weeks from contract start To Apply, Please Include: 1. Your experience with Android Device Owner / kiosk mode — specific projects, not general claims 2. Your experience coordinating with OEM manufacturers for factory provisioning 3. Your proposed MDM/kiosk solution and why you'd recommend it for this use case 4. A fixed-price quote or indicative range 5. References or examples from similar hardware-software integration projects Applications that do not address all five points above will not be considered.
