Website Tester for Charitable organization new website

Tester:
We are forming a small focus group to test the websites we have created. You must have a background in AWS, developing websites, backend functions, and more.
Background:
We have a local charitable organization in Florida. This year, we have decided to go online and have a website created with chat and dialer functions. Most of our team members are volunteers, some of whom are aged 18 to 72. We also plan to add Different functions during different phases to this website, and as we grow this website and many more, we are looking to create an external test team separate from our in-house team.
Job Description:
Your job will be simple. Test our website. Before we go live, we want to make sure that we have a fully working product beyond our eyes. We have family and friends, as well as team members, who have looked over the website, but now we're looking for a professional eye on it beyond our developer.
There are still a few bugs our team is working through, and as we get to the final week of production, we want to bring on someone to test the website. We're looking to sign up for the website, book a listener, apply for a volunteer position, submit a resume, become a listener, take the test to become a listener, and ensure that chat and dialer functions are working properly.
You will be part of a small group that will be asked to rank the website, 1 being that it is not even remotely ready to be live to the public, and 10 being the website is perfect, we are ready to go live, there may be some small bugs, but those things we can work on as the website doing the website launch.
Hiring Process and Payment:
Experience is important for this position. We run a charitable organization and are not as versed in the technical side of website operations, but we are learning. We want someone who has experience building websites. We're looking for someone who can view the website from both a consumer and a developer standpoint. Once hired, you will have to sign an NDA. You will then have 48 hours after you receive access to the website to test it thoroughly. We will give you a full checklist, but it is also important to go beyond it and identify things that may or may not be a problem immediately or in the future.
Our budget is $20 to $50 per report, or we can pay on a weekly or biweekly basis, in which case you would then provide a weekly or biweekly report on the website after your initial Report.
We are also looking for someone who could lead the external developer focus group that will continuously review our website and other websites we build in the future, and this could become a permanent position for you to operate and run as you see fit.
