David completed the onboarding and Xero testing flow as agreed and provided useful first-time-user feedback with supporting screenshots.

He worked through signup, Xero connection, account mapping, synthetic eBay payout generation, journal preview, draft journal setup, and dashboard review. His feedback was clear, structured, and focused on the areas I needed: where a non-accounting user might hesitate, terminology that could cause confusion, and how the Xero/journal flow could be made easier to understand.

Useful points included the wording around “automatic posting”, clearer explanations for journals/clearing/accounts, and the need to help users find the resulting entries inside Xero.

Good communication, delivered within the expected timeframe, and a useful piece of UX-focused testing for a SaaS onboarding flow.
