Description
Phase one, the website. The most important task is fixing the payment flow. It uses Stripe, but the backend currently does not verify that a payment actually succeeded before delivering the paid result, so the paid feature can be bypassed. You must add proper server-side payment verification so nothing paid is released unless Stripe confirms the payment genuinely succeeded for the correct amount. Beyond that I need you to connect a third-party REST API for the core paid feature, deploy the app to my existing Hostinger server, connect my domain, add a privacy policy and terms of service, add rate limiting and basic abuse protection, and make sure the site works cleanly on mobile and desktop with no broken links, placeholder text or leftover development files.
Phase two, the app. Once the website is finished, live and proven working, I need it wrapped into native iOS and Android apps using Capacitor, keeping the existing React codebase with no rewrite. You must handle the platform setup, app icons and splash screens, the required Apple privacy declarations, and submission to both the App Store and Google Play, including Google’s current closed-testing requirement.
I need someone who works in the Capacitor wrapping style specifically. If your approach is to rebuild in React Native or Flutter, you are not the right fit. Please only apply if you can show a live web app with working payments that you have built, and an app you have personally put on the App Store and Google Play.
One firm requirement, you must stop me and flag it if something is wrong, can be done better, or will not work, rather than just building what is asked. I value a developer who points problems out.
Please reply only with an indication of interest and relevant examples of past work at this stage.

* Is the current React/Node.js application already live in production or still running in staging/development only?
* Does the Stripe implementation already use Payment Intents/webhooks partially, or does the payment verification flow need restructuring entirely?
* What third-party REST API powers the core paid feature, and is its integration already partially implemented?
* Is the backend currently hosted separately from Hostinger, or does the full deployment environment still need structuring?
* For the Capacitor phase, do you already have Apple/Google developer accounts configured and ready for deployment/testing?
* Are there any existing performance, scaling, or abuse issues already visible beyond the payment bypass problem?
* What parts of the current system are considered stable and should remain untouched during cleanup/refactoring?
* Do you expect the web stabilization phase and the app wrapping phase to happen back-to-back, or is there a testing/validation period planned between them?
