We are a high-end building & construction company looking for an experienced architectural/property photo editor or retoucher to professionally enhance a selection of completed project photographs. The images will be used across our website, social media, marketing materials & an upcoming magazine feature, so the finished files need to be high-resolution, realistic & suitable for print/editorial use. What we need - The majority of the photographs are exterior shots of a completed residential project which is being featured. The building itself looks great, but some of the photography was taken before the surrounding landscaping & planting had been completed or had a chance to fully established. We would therefore like to: - Add or enhance realistic landscaping & planting - Improve lawns, borders & unfinished external areas where required - Remove small distractions, construction remnants or unwanted objects - Make subtle improvements to lighting, exposure, colour balance & overall presentation - Retain natural textures, shadows, reflections & imperfections so the photography still feels authentic - Make it look like a beautiful sunny summers day - It should look like a high-end grand designs type photograph - Supply the finished photographs in high resolution, suitable for both print & digital use. VERY IMPORTANT - the building itself must NOT be changed. We do NOT want the architecture redesigned or altered in any way so it reflects our true work. B2B Telesales Representative for Construction SaaS

We are an established SaaS platform with active customers in the construction and home-improvement industry. We are now looking to test outbound telesales as a channel for further growth. I am looking for an experienced B2B telesales representative who is confident making cold calls to construction and trade businesses. Your role will be to: * Call prospects from an existing lead list * Reach the business owner or relevant decision-maker * Hold a natural and credible initial conversation * Briefly explain the value of the platform * Qualify whether the business is a suitable prospect * Book qualified product demonstrations directly into my calendar * Record call outcomes, notes and follow-up actions in our CRM The objective is not simply to generate as many appointments as possible. I am looking for relevant, qualified businesses that have a genuine interest in improving how they manage their installation projects. You will receive a £10 bonus for each qualified demonstration that is attended by the prospect. The initial engagement will be a 15-hour pilot: * 3 hours per day * 5 working days * £23 per hour * Working hours are flexible, but calls should take place between 7:00am and 5:00pm UK time If the pilot produces promising results, there is potential for regular ongoing work. We use Close CRM and already have a lead list containing company details, telephone numbers and email addresses. I will provide: * Product training * Target customer information * Key talking points * Access to the CRM * Guidance on qualification and common objections * My calendar for booking demonstrations You should be able to turn this information into a conversational call structure that feels natural to your own speaking style. I do not want a rigid or overly scripted sales approach. You should have: * Previous B2B cold-calling or appointment-setting experience * Excellent spoken and written English * A confident, personable telephone manner * Strong organisation and CRM discipline * The ability to speak credibly with owners of construction or trade businesses * A reliable telephone and working environment * The ability to provide clear feedback on objections and prospect responses Experience selling SaaS, construction software or services to owner-managed businesses would be particularly valuable.
