Convert digital illustrations into print ready files

I am looking for a graphic designer or person with similar experience to download and format digital artwork so that it is print-ready for our manufacturing processes, from a website that I have access to. I will provide a print-ready file for your reference so that you understand how to format the files. The downloadable files are already print-ready, we just need some minor changes made to them so that they work with our manufacturing processes. The files are all digital illustration files in .png .svg and other similar formats and we would like the following work to be carried out on them... 1. Download the file from the website 2. Convert colour mode to CMYK 3. Remove backgrounds (where applicable) 4. Resize artwork to requested sizes 5. Add a filled silhouette of the overall design shape (further explanations will be provided) 6. Add a vector path outline around the illustration (including any holes or loops) 7. Save the artwork into a folder using the specific file names provided. This will be an ongoing project with hundreds of files to be formatted and made print-ready. I just don't have the time to do these myself. You must have access to Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Please provide me with a price to convert 100 files for now.

We already use twilio so we need to set up our VOIP system to our twilio account to make them our service provider. All the twilio API's and stacks are already available in their libraries in multiple different programming languages so we just need someone to bring all that together, We require a simple system including setting up the VOIP on a handset to make and receive traditional phone calls, ability to recieve and make calls when we are not in the clinic via an app. Set up the twilio settings to include call recording, simple monthly metrics (no. calls, duration of calls, missed calls, heatmap type graph showing call frequency by day and time) and answering machine functionality.
