Ebook Illustration/Design

I created an ebook geared to parents sending their child to college for the first time. I need the book designed/ illustrated. I want a warm vibe however I want it to look like the ebook is on a spiral notebook. I also want to add blank pages for parents to write notes on and a checklist. I have a design that ChatGPT created & I want something similar. I can show examples to whoever is interested in this project.
