3D interior design
We are a small interior design studio based in North London. We're currently looking for a talented freelance 3D senior interior designer to help with modelling and producing high-quality interior visuals for residential projects. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for someone who would enjoy building a long-term working relationship with us, with the possibility of a permanent full-time position in the future. While much of the work can be done remotely, we'd ideally like to work with someone based in or around London who would also be happy to meet in person from time to time for project discussions and collaboration. Ideally, we're looking for someone who: * Has experience creating realistic interior visualisations. * Is confident with software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, or similar. * Has a good eye for interior design, materials, lighting and styling. * Is based in or around London, as occasional in-person meetings would be beneficial, although much of the work can be done remotely. * Is reliable, organised and communicates well. I came across your portfolio and was impressed with your work, so I thought I'd get in touch to see whether you'd be interested in having a chat. If this sounds like something that might interest you, we'd love to arrange a brief call to introduce ourselves, discuss the type of projects we work on, and learn more about your experience. If possible, please send over your portfolio, CV (if you have one), your software skills, availability, and your typical freelance rates. I look forward to hearing from you.

Video Editor Needed – Ongoing CEO & Founder Interview Content We’re looking for a reliable video editor to help us turn recorded CEO and founder interviews into short-form video content, primarily for LinkedIn. This is not a complex video editing role. We’re looking for someone who can create clean, professional clips quickly and consistently, with the potential for regular ongoing work across multiple clients. What we do We interview CEOs, founders and senior business leaders using a set of pre-agreed questions. The interviews are recorded remotely and typically consist of me asking a question followed by the client giving their answer. We then want to turn the best answers into individual short-form video clips that can be posted on LinkedIn. What we need For each interview: * Review the recording and split it into individual clips based on each question/answer. * Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes or dead space. * Where I appear asking the question, either: * remove me from the finished video and introduce the question using text/a static branded screen, or * use another simple editing approach that keeps the focus on the CEO/founder. * Add clean, accurate subtitles. * Add the client’s branding/logo where appropriate. * Keep the editing professional and suitable for B2B LinkedIn content. * Export each clip ready for us to upload to LinkedIn. We’re not looking for over-produced TikTok/Reels-style editing with constant animations and effects. The content should feel professional, natural and credible. Ongoing work This first project is for the first client we’ve sold this service to. However, we’re planning to roll this out across multiple clients, so we’re ideally looking for an editor we can work with on an ongoing basis. Once we’ve established the format, each new client should follow broadly the same editing process. When applying Please provide: 1. Examples of similar interview, podcast or talking-head content you’ve edited. 2. Your price for editing one complete interview into individual clips. 3. Approximately how many finished clips that price includes. 4. Your expected turnaround time. 5. Your ongoing price if we were sending you multiple client interviews every month. We’re particularly interested in establishing a simple fixed price per client/interview rather than negotiating every individual video. Please keep your quote straightforward – we’re looking for a long-term editor rather than a one-off project.

Startup Accountant & Professional Director / Corporate Services
I am looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy UK accountant with startup and company-formation experience to support the establishment and ongoing financial management of InstaShoot, an early-stage on-demand photography and videography startup. I would like to find someone who can become a long-term financial partner to the business — initially helping establish the correct corporate/accounting structure and subsequently managing our accounts, compliance and financial reporting. Director & PSC Structure Due to restrictions within my current employment contract, I cannot personally hold certain formal company positions. I therefore need someone experienced in UK company structures, professional/nominee director services, beneficial ownership and PSC requirements who can advise on the appropriate lawful structure. I am not simply looking for someone willing to put their name on Companies House. I need a reputable professional who can assess my circumstances, explain the implications and establish a compliant structure. Ideally, you or your firm should also be able to provide professional director/corporate services where appropriate. Ongoing Accounting Support I am looking for support with areas including: * Company formation/restructuring * Companies House compliance * Corporation Tax and annual accounts * Bookkeeping oversight * Management accounts and cash-flow forecasting * VAT and payroll when required * Startup tax planning * Financial modelling * SEIS/EIS knowledge * Share/cap-table support alongside legal advisers * Investor-readiness and fundraising financial preparation Experience working with startups, technology companies, marketplaces or scalable service businesses would be particularly valuable. Fundraising experience is advantageous. Existing relationships with angel investors, accelerators, VCs or startup networks would be a welcome bonus, but investor introductions are not a requirement. Who I’m Looking For You should be: * Professionally qualified/appropriately regulated * Experienced with UK limited companies and startups * Highly trustworthy and commercially minded * Proactive and able to explain complex matters clearly * Interested in developing a long-term relationship with the business Please Answer When Applying 1. What accounting qualifications and professional memberships do you hold? 2. Do you or your firm provide professional/nominee director or corporate services? How does this normally work and what are your fees? 3. How would you structure a situation where a founder cannot personally act as director or hold certain formal company positions because of an employment contract? Please specifically address PSC and beneficial ownership requirements. 4. What experience do you have supporting early-stage startups? 5. Do you have experience with SEIS/EIS, financial modelling, fundraising or investor due diligence? Fees I would initially prefer a fixed-price consultation/setup engagement, followed by an affordable ongoing monthly accounting arrangement with the right professional. Please provide: * Initial setup/consultation fee * Ongoing monthly accounting fee * Separate professional director/corporate-services fees * Qualifications and relevant experience * Location and accountancy practice/firm details UK-based professionals with verifiable credentials and references are strongly preferred. I am looking for integrity, expertise and someone who can grow with the business over the long term.

TTT is an established education business with a growing YouTube channel of over 7,000 subscribers. We are now developing a subscription-based learning platform for primary-aged children and their parents, initially focusing on Years 3–6. What we're looking for We are looking for someone who can take our raw teaching videos and educational content and turn them into videos that feel sharp, concise, engaging and professionally produced. We will provide the teaching content, lesson structure and raw recordings. Your role would be to bring these to life through high-quality editing, visual polish and appropriate basic animation/motion graphics. This could include: Professional video editing and pacing Cutting and tightening recordings to keep lessons concise Audio clean-up and enhancement On-screen text and key vocabulary Simple motion graphics and animation Animated calculations and worked examples Highlighting important information on screen Simple diagrams, number lines, fractions and other educational visuals Titles, transitions and consistent branding "Pause and try" moments for children Appropriate use of graphics, icons and visual effects Creating a consistent look across the TTT video library Producing versions suitable for both our learning platform and YouTube We are not looking for complex character animation or highly elaborate animated films. The priority is making good teaching content look professional, modern and visually engaging without distracting from the learning. The finished videos should feel well made and purposeful, with information communicated clearly and efficiently. They need to work for both children using the platform and parents who want to understand and support their child's learning. Experience Strong video editing skills are the main requirement. Experience with educational content, EdTech, explainer videos or children's content would be beneficial, but it is not essential if you have a strong portfolio and can demonstrate the style and quality we are looking for. We are particularly interested in someone who understands how editing, graphics and animation can make information easier to understand, rather than simply making a video look flashy. Building a consistent TTT style If the initial project is successful, we would like to develop a reusable visual style for TTT, including: Titles and transitions Text styles Worked-example formats Simple animations Question/"Your Turn" screens Educational diagrams and visual elements Intro/outro elements Consistent branding The aim is to develop templates and reusable assets so that producing future videos becomes increasingly efficient. Initial paid pilot We would like to start with one paid pilot video, likely based around a short Year 6 Maths lesson. We will provide the raw content and educational direction, and would like the freelancer to show us how they would edit, polish and visually enhance it. Most finished videos are likely to be around 3–5 minutes. If the pilot works well, there is potential for regular ongoing work, creating videos for both the new TTT platform and our existing YouTube channel. When applying Please provide: A brief introduction and your relevant experience. Links to 2–3 examples of your most relevant video editing work. Any educational, EdTech, children's or explainer content you've worked on, if applicable. The editing/animation software you use. Your typical turnaround time. Whether you would be comfortable developing reusable templates and visual assets for future TTT videos. Please don't send a large generic portfolio. Two or three examples that show the quality of your editing, visual polish and motion graphics would be much more useful. Initial project: One paid pilot video Potential: Regular long-term freelance work Location: Remote – UK-based freelancers preferred

14 days ago14 proposalsRemoteFreelance Sales Rep - AI Training Platform (10% Commission)
LearnPulse.online is an AI training and certification platform. Self-paced courses in AI and prompt engineering, AI-evaluated assessments, and verified certificates. It sells two ways: 1. Organisations license it to upskill their workforce - bulk seats under their own admin dashboard. This is where the large deals are. 2. Individuals buy course access and certification directly - professionals upskilling on their own, jobseekers wanting a credential. The project Find buyers and bring them to a close. On the organisation side that means corporates, training institutions, and government agencies - you identify prospects, make the first approach, and run the conversation through to signature. I support the demo and handle the contract once a decision-maker is engaged. On the individual side, it's volume: communities, professional groups, and channels where people are actively looking to reskill. Payment - 10% commission on everything you close. - Organisation licenses run $1,600–$7,000+ depending on seat count — roughly $160–$700 per deal, with a typical first deal landing near $280. - Individual sales are smaller but repeatable, and commission applies the same way. - Paid on receipt of the client's payment, per deal. - After 3 months of consistent activity, strong performers move to a basic monthly retainer plus retained commission. The intent is an ongoing engagement, not a one-off. - Product training, sales materials (one-pager and call scripts), and live demo access provided before your first approach. - Fully remote, your own hours. Judged on outcomes. Who I'm looking for 1. You've sold before - software, training, or services. B2B experience preferred, but if your strength is community-driven consumer sales, say so; there's room for both. 2. Comfortable with cold outreach and self-directed. You won't be chased for activity. 3. You can talk about AI at a business level. Not technical depth - an understanding of what an L&D manager actually worries about: adoption, measurable outcomes, cost against Coursera or Udemy Business. 4. Existing relationships in corporate L&D, HR, or public-sector training are a strong advantage. To apply, send a short message covering: 1. What you've sold before. 2. Who you'd approach first for this - a specific type of organisation or community, not a generic answer. 3. How you'd open that first conversation. Applications missing any of the three won't be reviewed.
