We require an individual who is available to be online on Telegram to provide I.T Support in the following areas:-

Website Updates (Wordpress)

Email Fixes (Front End Gmail / Back End Go Daddy Webmail)

Gmail Calendar Assistance

Assist with Listing & Fixes on Online Travel Platforms Booking.com / Airbnb / VRBO / Expedia - Booking.com must be accessed remotely via our own PCs

Fix iCal and Lodgify booking Calendar systems

Spreadsheet Formulae Fixes and Additions

Zoho Fixes for our Invoicing Account

The candidate must be familiar and have proven experience and skills in all of the above.

This is a permanent role - our current I.T Support has been with us seven years! They are soon to be moving on to. a new opportunity.

Working Hours & Days + Monthly Pay is negotiable; however, the candidate must be available online and ready to work for the agreed hours and days....even if there are no jobs to do.

So, please note: we pay a set monthly fee for your support availability, not for individual tasks!

This is a unique, permanent role, which can be flexibly built around your schedule though we prefer daytime working rather than evening / nighttime.
